The French foreign corps is the most important military contingent that contributed to France's foreign wars with its multinational elements, beginning with Algeria, breaking all international laws and updating the most heinous crimes in the history of humanity from 1831 until the outbreak of the 1954 liberation revolution, as France relied on. In imposing the colonial regime and stabilizing the settlement and exploiting the country's wealth, it was at the expense of the Algerian people through the crimes committed against them, which made the international community rise up and denounce it, led by Switzerland people and government, where since 1952 has created a cause to recruit Swiss youth, especially minors in The foreign legions are a stir in the midst of Swiss civil society, which was able to influence its government, which officially expressed its position against the crimes committed by it in the 1959 Algerian war through its head of the federal political section, Mr. Max Petit-Pierre, despite its neutrality. Through this study, we ask the following question: to what extent has he been able to recruit Swiss youth into foreign teams and commit crimes in the Algerian war to influence Swiss public opinion and official bodies? And how was p responded ...
