|b Electronic criminality is one of the most serious criminal phenomena created in Algerian society as in other societies. The last millennium witnessed a technological revolution that was exploited by supervisors as the bad guys to achieve deplorable motives, the best of which is the passion for technology and the worst of material profit. Thus, the Algerian legislator had to intervene through many substantive and procedural texts to confront the crime and information criminal.
