|a تعتبر مخابر التجارب وتحليل الجودة كل هيئة تحلل أو تقييس أو تدرس أو تجرب أو تعاير قصد تحديد خصائص المنتوجات، مكوناتها أو فعالياتها. وتلعب مخابر التجارب وتحليل الجودة دورا أساسيا في تقييم مدى مطابقة المنتجات للوائح الفنية، وبإمكان الدائرة الوزارية المعنية هنا أن تشترط أن تكون هذه المخابر معتمدة لكي تتمكن من ممارسة هذا الدور وذلك إذا تعلق الأمر بالمجالات التي تمس بالسلامة والصحة والبيئة. حيث يتم اللجوء إلى هذه المخابر قصد التحقق من مدى مطابقة المنتوج المعني للخصائص ومتطلبات الأمن المحددة بموجب اللائحة الفنية التي يخضع لها.

|b The laboratories of the tests and the quality analysis are all bodies that analyze, standardize, study, test or calibrate the purpose of determining the characteristics of the products, their components or their activities. The laboratories of the tests and the quality analysis play a key role in assessing the conformity of products to technical regulations. The concerned ministerial department may require that these laboratories be accredited to be able to exercise this role in the areas of safety, health and the environment. These laboratories are used to check the conformity of the product concerned with the specific characteristics and safety requirements of the technical regulations to which they are subject.

|d Les laboratoires d’essais et d’analyse de la qualité sont des organismes qui analyse, mesure, examine, essaie, étalonne afin de déterminer les caractéristiques des produits, ses composants ou ses performances. Les laboratoires d’essais et d’analyse de la qualité jouent un rôle clé dans l’évaluation de la conformité des produits aux règlements techniques, et Le département ministériel concerné peut exiger que ces laboratoires soient accrédités pour pouvoir jouer un tel rôle s’ils interviennent dans les domaines touchants à la santé, à la sécurité, et à l'environnement. Ces laboratoires sont utilisés pour vérifier la conformité du produit concerné avec les caractéristiques spécifiques et les exigences de sécurité de règlement technique auxquelles ils sont soumis.
