|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ظاهرة الضغط النفسي وعلاقتها بالصلابة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، على أساس أن هذه المهنة تعد من بين المهن الأكثر تعرضا للضغوط النفسية، وهذا من خلال الكشف عن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وعن علاقتها بالصلابة النفسية كاستراتيجية لمواجهته، حيث أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وإلى وجود علاقة عكسية دالة إحصائيا بين الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي والصلابة النفسية.

|d Cette étude vise à identifier le phénomène du stress psychologique et son lien avec la dureté psychologique des enseignants de l'enseignement primaire, en considérant que cette profession est l'une des professions les plus exposées à la pression psychologique afin de détecter le niveau de stress psychologique parmi les enseignants de l'enseignement primaire et sa relation avec la rigidité psychologique en tant que stratégie pour y remédier. À l’existence d’un niveau moyen de stress psychologique et à l’existence d’une relation inverse, un stress psychologique statistiquement significatif et une rigidité psychologique.
