عنوان البحث: (قصد المشقة في العبادة -ضوابط وتطبيقات في الحج): طبيعة البحث: دراسة فقهية تأصيلية تطبيقية. هدف الدراسة: تحرير اللبس الحاصل في مشروعية قصد المشقة في العبادة، وعرض ما أمكن من أقوال، وأدلة، ومناقشات، ووضع ضوابط، وتطبيقات تجلي هذا اللبس. محتوى البحث: توصل البحث إلى عدم مشروعية قصد المشقة في العبادة، وفرع فيه أثر ذلك على عدم صحة التعبد بتلك المشاق إذا قصدت، ثم وضع ضوابط وقواعد يمكن من خلالها بيان ما يشرع وما لا يشرع من تلك المشقات بحسب المقاصد، وذيل هذا التقعيد بتقسيم يسهل معه حصر تلك المشقات ما هو محل تكليف وما ليس كذلك. وفي آخر البحث جانب تطبيقي في الحج لمسائل فقهية منضبطة متطابقة مع ما توصل إليه البحث من دراسة عدم مشروعية قصد المشقة في العبادة، ثم خاتمة، وتوصية.
