المستخلص: تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول اقتراح برنامج تدريبي بهدف تحسين الأداء المهارى لليد الغير مميزة، وهذا فيما يخص الجانب المهاري وتعلق الأمر بالتمرير، التنطيط وكذا التصويب ومن أجل الوصول إلى نتائج ملموسة قمنا بتقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى جانبين، الجانب الأول خصصناه للجانب النظري حيث استعرضنا فيه مشكاة الدراسة، فرضياتها وأهدافها أما الجانب التطبيقي فخصصناه للجانب التطبيقي من خلال تطبيق البرنامج المقترح ودراسة مدى تأثيره في تطوير الأداء المهاري، وبعد إجراء الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية المتعلقة بالمهارات المختارة وبعد معالجتها أخصائيا توصلنا إلى نتائج تفيد بأن للبرنامج المقترح تأثير ومساهمة في تطوير أداء اليد الغير مميزة فيما تعلق بالتمرير، التنطيط والتسديد.

program and its impact on improving technical performance (passing, dribbling and shooting) of the bad hand in young U16 handball players; we wanted to arrive at palpable results, and to do this we divided our studies into two chapters; the first was reserved for bibliographic treatment, problematics, hupothees and objectives, while the second chapter was reserved for the field study and the application of the proposed program, after analysis and discussion of the results obtained with the help of The investigative methods applied to our sample resulted in the following results: the proposed program improves the performance of the bad hand with respect to passing, dribbling and shooting at goa.

Par le biais ou le moyen de cette étude intitulée: «programme d’entrainement proposé et son impact sur l’amélioration du rendement technique (passe, dribble et tir) de la mauvaise main chez les jeunes handballeurs U16 ; nous avons voulu arriver à des resultats palpables, et pour ce faire nous avons diviser notre études en deux chapitres ; le premier était reservé au traitement bibliographique, la problematique, les hupothéses et les obdjectifs, tandis que le deuxieme chapitre était reservé à l’etude de terrain et l’application du programme proposé , après analyse et discussions des resultats obtenus à l’aide des moyens d’investigation appliqués sur notre echantillion , l’etude a abouti au resultats suivant : le prgramme proposé ameliore le rendement de la mauvaise main en ce qui concerne la passe , le dribble et le tir au but
