The consumer cooperative societies in Kuwait does the major and famous role among the other cooperative activities because it represents the most important sectors of partitioned trade since it was formed until now. The activity of consumer cooperatives works in a complete order from warehouses, supermarkets and branches covering all residential areas in the country. These cooperatives represents a large area around 80% from the general activity of distributed consuming goods, and increases to 90% specially in number of nutrient materials. The total family spent on goods and consumed services around 60% from the total family spent in the state of Kuwait, most of it spent on the purchases from consumer cooperative societies, and most of these societies customers are share holder members earning their transactions of it at the end of the year. This study assesses the role of the co-operative of societies and designes to promote it's performance . |
