تناولت الدراسة الحالية شاعرا كبيرا شغل الدارسين والأدباء والمفكرين بشكل يسترعي الاهتمام. فالجواهري يعد من الشعراء البارزين في الأدب العربي، والذين تكمن أدوارهم بين حياة الشعوب العربية، فأصبحت مواقفه المؤثرة ترقى إلى مستوى الأحداث التي زامنت سيرة حياته مع أهم المحطات الرئيسة وحقائق ووقائع تأريخية قد برزت في المجتمع العراقي. ولغرض تحليل عينة المذكرات، استعملت طريقة تحليل المحتوى، وتصنيف (كاتل) لسمات الشخصية المتكونة من (16) سمة، واختيرت الثيمة (الفكرة) لتكون وحدة تحليل، أما معالجة البيانات الإحصائية فقد اقتصرت على استعمال النسب المئوية لاستخراج نسبة كل سمة بالنسبة للمجموع الكلي للتكرارات، واستعملت مربع كاي لاستخراج دلالة الفروق بين صورتي كل سمة أما حساب ثبات التحليل فقد تم بطريقتين الأولى: معامل الاتفاق بين الباحث ونفسه عبر الزمن، والثانية: طريقة الباحث ومحللين آخرين، فقد بلغ معامل الاتفاق بين محاولتي الباحثة ونفسها (98%) على تسمية الأفكار و(96%) على تصنيفها، وبلغ معامل الاتفاق بين الباحثة ومحلل آخر (97%) على الأفكار، و(94%) على تصنيفها. وكان ترتيب السمات حسب قوة تمييزها لشخصية الجواهري، على النحو الآتي: الخيالي مقابل الواقعي، قوة الأنا مقابل الانفعالية أو العصابية، التحرر مقابل المحافظة، قوة الأنا الأعلى مقابل ضعف الأنا الأعلى، السيطرة مقابل الخضوع، الذكاء العام مقابل الضعف العقلي، التعاطف مقابل الجفاء، الاستهداف للذنب مقابل الثقة بالنفس، الاندفاع مقابل التروي، الشك مقابل التقبل، الصلابة مقابل الطراوة، الجرأة مقابل التهيب، قوة اعتبار الذات مقابل ضعف اعتبار الذات، التوتر مقابل الاسترخاء، كفاية الذات الافتقار إلى التصرف. وظهرت دلالة الفروق لصالح صورة الواقعي، قوة الأنا، التحرر، قوة الأنا الأعلى، السيطرة، الذكاء العام، التعاطف، الثقة بالنفس، الاندفاع، الشك، الصلابة، الجرأة، قوة اعتبار الذات، التوتر، كفاية الذات، أما سمة المكر، فلم تكن الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، وكان اتجاهها لصالح المكر.
The study acquires importance as it tackles the life of a great poet who takes the attention of intellectuals and thinkers. Al- Jawahry is regarded as one of the outstanding thinkers in Arabic literature. His distinguished attitudes lie in the lives of the Arab people. His effective attitudes were promoted to the level of the events in his life and historical incidence in the history of Iraqi society. In order to analyze the diary sample, the researcher used the content-analysis method and Katel's Classification for the personal trait made up of (16) traits. The theme of the idea in unit analysis. The data statistical means to derive he percentage of each trait of frequencies. He derivation of the constancy sample and the use of the agreement coefficient between the researcher and himself and other analysts. The researcher and the analysts.
