520 |a الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، أفصح العرب سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وأصحابه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين. وبعد،،، فإن شرح كتاب سيبويه لأبي سعيد السيرافي يعد من أبرز وأهم شروح علم العربية بصفة عامة، وشروح كتاب سيبويه بصفة خاصة، وتبرز هذه الأهمية من الأصل الذي دار حوله هذا الشرح وهو كتاب سيبويه، وكذا ما تضمنه هذا الشرح من مادة علمية أضافت جديدا إلى الأصل، فوضحت عبارته، وقربت مراده إلى الأفهام، وشذبت مادته ونقحتها، وصححت روايته ووثقتها وبينت ما عبثت به يد النساخ من تصحيف أو تحريف، وشرحت ما غمض من شواهده ونسبتها إلى قائليها ما أمكن، وأشارت إلى اختلاف نسخه، وإلى ما اختلف فيه مفسروه مما لم تصل إلينا كتبهم؛ ولذا فإن هذا الشرح حظي بمنزلة عظيمة عند العلماء، ولقي القبول والثناء، فوصفه كثير منهم بأنه أحسن شروح الكتاب التي وصلت إلينا على الإطلاق. لهذا كله ارتأيت أن يكون بحثي هذا والذي كان عنوانه: "من استدراكات السيرافي الصوتية على الفراء والكوفيين بين القبول والرفض في ضوء علم اللغة الحديث" في هذا الشرح القيم النفيس. وكان من أهداف هذا البحث المتواضع: الكشف عن جانب من جهود الفراء والكوفيين في دراسة الأصوات التي يجمعها مؤلف مستقل ومدى إنفاق هذه الآراء مع الدراسات الصوتية الحديثة، وكان تركيز هذا البحث على دراسة بعض الظواهر الصوتية؛ مثل: مخارج الحروف وصفاتها، وبعض صور الإدغام وبعض خصائص الهمز التي وجدتها في شرح كتاب سيبويه للسيرافي. وقد ظفر هذا البحث ببعض النتائج التي ارتاها، وكان منها: 1. أن السيرافي استدرك على الفراء بعض الأحكام الصوتية في مخارج الحروف وصفاتها، والإدغام والهمز لم أقف عليها في كتبه، ولا في كتب الكوفيين. 2. أن السيرافي قد استدرك على الفراء بعض الأحكام الصوتية الني فهمها السيرافي على غير وجهها الذي أراده الفراء، ومع هذا فإني لم أعثر عليها في كتب الفراء والكوفيين. 3. أشار البحث إلى مصطلحي (الأخرس) و (المصوت) مما نقله السيرافي من المصطلحات الصوتية عن الفراء، وأن الفراء كان موفقا في إطلاقه مصطلح (الأخرس) على الصوت الشديد، ومصطلح (المصوت) على الصوت الرخو، وأنه لا فرق بين هذين المصطلحين اللذين أطلقهما الفراء وما أطلقه سيبويه من مصطلحي الشديد والرخو إلى غير ذلك من النتائج المدونة في خاتمة البحث. أسأل الله -عز وجل-أن يوفق الجميع لصالح العمل، وأن ينفع بهذا الجهد العلمي المتواضع، وأن يجعله خالصا لوجهه الكريم. وصل الله وسلم وبارك عل نبينا محمد وآله وصحبه أجمعين. 
520 |b In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds and may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon the most honored of messengers our master Muhammad, the most fluent and well – spoken in Arabic, and upon all his family, companions and their followers to the day of resurrection. Then, Explanation of Sibawayh book to Abu Said Al-Serafi is one of the most famous and important explanations of Arabic science in general and the Sibawayh book in particular. This importance comes from the subject of this explanation i.e. the Sibawayh book and the scientific material of this explanation as it adds new things to the original book. Such material also explains phrases of the book, clarifies its purpose, edits its material, corrects and authenticates its narrations, shows any misspelling or distortion, explains any ambiguous examples and assign them to their speakers as possible, refers to the different versions of the book and the differences among their explainers whom we could not reach their books. Therefore, the scientists appreciate and praise this explanation to the extents many of them feature it as the best explanation they get at all. Accordingly, I decide to make my research under the name of “Al-Serafi sound corrections on Al Fara'a and Al Koffeen between refuse and acceptance in the light of the modern science of language” in this valued and important explanation. One of the goals of this research is to highlight one aspect of the efforts of Al Fara'a and Al Koffeen in studying sounds which they weren’t be treated in one book and to verify whether these opinions are compatible with modern sound studies. This research focuses on studying some sound phenomena such as the places of articulation of sounds and their descriptions, some aspects of diphthong and some features of Hamza that I find in Sibawayh book to Abu Said Al-Serafi. This research can reach some results, including but not limited to: 1- Al-Serafi comments on some sound rules of Al Fara'a regarding to the places of articulation of sounds and their descriptions, diphthong and Hamza which I did not find them neither in his books nor Al Koffeen’s books. 2- Al-Serafi comments on some sound rules of Al Fara'a which Al-Serafi understood in different way to Al Fara'a. However, I didn’t find them in the books of Al Fara'a and Al Koffeen. 3- The research refers to both terms of (Al Akhras “soft sound” and Al Mosawt “strong sound”) mentioned by Al-Serafi as the phonetic terms of Al Fara'a. Al Fara'a made a great step when he used Al Akhras to the strong sound and Al Mosawt to the sound soft. There is no difference among these both terms used by Al Fara'a and other both terms (soft sound and strong sound) used by Sibawayh. Furthermore, I state other results in the conclusion of this research. I pray Allah to help all persons to serve science, make use of this scientific effort and make it for the sake of Allah. May the peace of Allah be upon our prophet Muhammad and upon all his family, companions ….
