المستخلص: L'espace public à l’age numérique contribuer au processus de socialisation politique et sociale dans le but de diffuser la culture de la citoyenneté à travers la formation des citoyens à participer et à la compilation des intérêts et de les exprimer, et de préparer les cadres politiques et syndicales, et a contribué à l'émergence d'une citoyenneté numérique, qui a essayé de promouvoir la sphère publique traditionnelle et la lutte contre la corruption, ce qui améliore leurs propositions et leur quête pour la participation et l'intérêt pour les questions de la communauté et à la citoyenneté, et de développer la relation du citoyen au sphère publique, facile à la façon dont la sphère publique face à la citoyenneté numérique dans une communauté base sur les réseaux numériques et des relations interactives qui promouvoir la participation civique, en facilitant l'accès aux informations.

الفضاء العمومي في ظل الثورة الرقمية يساهم في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية والسياسية من أجل نشر ثقافة المواطنة من خلال تدريب المواطنين على المشاركة وتجميع المصالح والتعبير عنها، وإعداد الكوادر السياسية والنقابية، وساهم في ظهور المواطنة الرقمية التي حاولت تعزيز المجال العام التقليدي ومحاربة الفساد بما يتيح لهم المقارنة بين وضعهم بغيرهم مما يعزز مقترحاتهم وسعيهم للمشاركة والاهتمام بالقضايا المجتمعية والمواطنة، وتطوير علاقة المواطن بمجاله العمومي، ويسهل كيفية تأقلم المجال العام مع المواطنة الرقمية في مجتمع تكون الشبكات الرقمية وعلاقاتها التفاعلية حافزا على تعزيز المشاركة المدنية، عبر تسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات.
