المستخلص: The phenomenon of terrorism is undergoing unprecedented changes in the Arab region, which led to different approaches for combating the challenges, especially after the defeat of "da'esh" and the exit from the rule of Iraq and Syria, so the reasons that led to the organization of the Islamic state – political unrest and sectarian tensions – will not be handled soon. The conflict between Arabs and Kurds, Shiites and Sunnis, and neighboring forces, "Iran and Turkey" is escalating; victors by the supply of arms provided by foreign governments are aiming to maximize the gains. In addition to the US competition with the Syrian government and Iranian forces to control the extension of the desert in east of countries, and that matter has showed the importance of activating an international strategy for combating terrorism with an international coordination; because the narrow interests in combating increase the depth and extension of severity of terrorist threats on the international level. Target Combating the escalation of the phenomenon of terrorism in the Arab region by providing practical mechanisms to overcome the gap between theoretical approaches and the reality of international policy crises by re-evaluating the role of international coordination as an available mechanism of control Dilemma To what extent the joint Arab action can provide a regional coordination, to the sovereignty of countries while confronting the international challenges, to combat the phenomenon of terrorism in the Arab region.
