يعد الوقت إحدى النعم التي أنعمها الله على الإنسان، حيث أن الإنسان يعيش ضمن بعدين أساسيين هما الزمان والمكان، فالمكان هو البعد الذي توجد فيه الأشياء، والزمان هو البعد الذي تتغير فيه الأشياء، إذ لا يمكن إدراك الوقت دون التغير، ومن هنا يمكن فهم تطور الإنسان في ضوء بعد الوقت (السيوف، 2014: 960). هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية إدارة الوقت لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة ذي قار والتعرف على الفروق في إدارة الوقت تبعا لمتغير الجنس والمرحلة. وطبق البحث على عينة عشوائية مرحلية مكونة من (100) طالبا طالب من المرحلة الأولى والثالثة لكافة الأقسام و(50) طالبة من المرحلة الأولى والثالثة ولكافة الأقسام، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وقد تبنت مقياس إدارة الوقت الذي أعده بركات (2007) تكون المقياس في صورته النهائية من (20) فقرة تمثل جميعها التوجه الإيجابي نحو احترام الوقت وتنظيمه، كما قامت الباحثة بالتحقق من صدق المقياس أيضا حيث تم عرض المقياس بصورته النهائية على عدد من الخبراء المتخصصين في مجال العلوم التربوية والنفسية وعددهم (8) لتقدير مدى تمثل المقياس للصفة المراد قياسها وتم الاتفاق على الفقرات وعددها (20) فقرة التي حازت على نسبة اتفاق (100%) لذلك لم تحذف أي فقرة. كما استخدمت طريقة إعادة الاختبار (Test-retest) لاستخراج معامل ثبات المقياس وقد بلغ معامل الثبات (0.81)، كما تم التحقق من ثبات أداة الدراسة بحساب الاتساق الداخلي لفقرات المقياس باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا (Gronba CHApha) على عينة الدراسة الكلية، حيث بلغت قيمته الكلية (0.80) وهي معاملات ثبات معقولة اعتبرها الباحث مناسبة لأغراض الدراسة. بعد التأكد من الصدق والثبات تم تطبيقه على طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة ذي قار، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SBSS) حيث تم استخدام الاختبار التائي (ت) لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: (1) تمتع أفراد عينة البحث بإدارة جيدة للوقت (2) يوجد فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية وفق متغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. (3) لا يوجد فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) لدى طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية وفق متغير المرحلة لصالح المرحلة الأولى. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

After the confirmation of honesty and consistency was applied to students of the Faculty of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Thi Qar, and the data was analyzed using the Social Sciences Statistical Program (SBSS) where the T test was used for one sample and two independent samples, and the research reached the following results : 1- The members of the research sample enjoy good time management 2- There is a difference of statistical significance at the level of significance (0,05) among the students of the Faculty of Education for human sciences according to gender variable for the benefit of females . 3- There is no significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the (4) students of the Faculty of Education for human sciences according to the variable phase for the first stage.
