رأينا في وقتنا المعاصر كثيرا من صور جمع المال، منها حلالا ومنها حراما ومنها ما هو مختلف فيه، ومن تلك الأوجه التسوق الشبكي الذي انتشر كالنار في الهشيم، واردنا من خلال بحثنا عرض هذا التعامل المالي في المنظور الإسلامي، ومدى صلاحيته وأقوال المجيزين والمانعين وأدلة كل فريق مع بيان الرأي الراجح. لمعرفة إمكانية الإفادة منه عمليا لما يحقق المصلحة العامة، ومما تجدر الإشارة إليه أن هذا النوع من المعاملات بدأ يتسلل إلى مجتمعنا ويتغلغل وينتشر بسرعة كبيرة، فتنافس الناس على هذه المعاملة بحثا عن صناعة الذات، وحجز مقعد في مصارف الأثرياء، فأصبح موضوع عالمي وواقعي لأنه يتعلق بجوانب اكتساب الرزق للإنسان. ولعدم وجود دراسة علمية مستقلة شافية عن شركة كيونت الماليزية، وشرعت آليات التسوق فيها، لذا فإن هذا البحث يسهم في توضيح التكييف الشرعية للتسوق الشبكي مع وضع الضوابط الشرعية لها والإفادة منها. إن أهمية الموضوع تأتي من خلال معرفة الحكم الشرعي في اكتساب الرزق من هذه الوسيلة، لذا أصبح واجبا على أهل العلم الشرعي بيان حكم الشرع في هذه الشركات ليكون الناس على بصيرة من أمرهم. والله الموفق.
We have seen in our recent time too many ways of collecting money, some of them legal and others illegal and one of these sides is network marketing which has been spread just like fire in the wood. We wanted through this research to show how we can deal with money from the Islamic point of view. And to explain the validity of these opinions and sayings of the accepted and prevented people and to display the evidences of every group of them with explaining the most correct one of them. In order to know how to get benefit from them in a practical way to get the general benefit for all the society. It should be noted that this type of transactions appeared to infiltrate our society, permeate and spread in an incredible speed.
