هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التطبيقات التربوية المعاصرة لمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية الضرورية الخمس وهي: حفظ الدين والنفس والعقل والنسب والمال. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الاستنباطي. وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة: أن دراسة التطبيقات التربوية المعاصرة لمقاصد الشريعة الضرورية هو تأكيد على خلود الشريعة الإسلامية وواقعيتها وصلاحيتها للتطبيق ودورها في إيجاد الحلول للمشكلات والمستجدات التربوية. كذلك فإن من التطبيقات التربوية لمقصد حفظ الدين التربية على العمل به والدعوة إليه والدفاع عنه، مع ضرورة محاربة المعتقدات الفاسدة والأفكار المنحرفة وتفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام المختلفة في الحفاظ على الدين، كذلك من التطبيقات تشجيع ثقافة الحوار داخل الأسرة والمجتمع. أن من التطبيقات التربوية لمقصد حفظ النفس التربية على حرمة الاعتداء على النفس، ووضع الحدود مع التربية على فضل العفو عن القصاص، وتحريم الانتحار وإباحة المحظورات حفاظا على الأنفس. أن من التطبيقات التربوية لمقصد حفظ العقل التربية على أهمية العقل والتأكيد على فرضية طلب العلم مع ضرورة تحرير العقل من إرث التصورات والأفكار الجاهلية مع التربية على ممارسة عبادة التفكر لإنشاء العقلية العلمية التي ترفض اتباع الظن والهوى. أن من التطبيقات التربوية لمقصد حفظ النسب والنسل التربية على الترغيب في النكاح وتكثير النسل مع التأكيد على حرمة قتل الأولاد ونفي النسب وكذلك حرمة الزنا واللواط والقذف. أن من التطبيقات التربوية لمقصد حفظ المال التربية على أن المال مال الله مع ضرورة السعي والكسب الحلال عدم إضاعة المال، وضرورة أداء الحقوق لأهلها والتأكيد على حرمة كل صور أكل أموال الناس بالباطل.
This study aims to uncover the contemporary educational applications of the five essential objectives of Islamic Sharia, namely: the preservation of religion, self, reason, lineage and wealth. To achieve this goal, a deductive approach was used. The most prominent results of the study are: The study of contemporary educational applications of the objectives of the Sharia is necessary to emphasize the immortality and realistic of Islamic law and its validity of application and its role in providing solutions to problems and educational developments. The most important educational applications of the objective of religion preservation are: Education to work, advocate and defend it, with the need to combat corrupt beliefs and deviant ideas and activate the role of various media in the preservation of religion, as well as to encourage a culture of dialogue within the family and society. The educational applications of the purpose of self - preservation are: Education on the prohibition of self - aggression, and the establishment of borders and the education of the virtue of amnesty for retribution, and the prohibition of suicide and legalization of taboos in order to preserve the selves. The educational applications of the purpose of reason - preservation are: Education of the importance of the mind and emphasize the premise of seeking knowledge with the need to liberate the mind from the legacy of perceptions and ideas of Jahiliyyah "ignorance" with education on the practice of worship reflection to create a scientific mindset that refuses to follow assumption and fancy. The educational applications of the purpose of lineage - preservation are: Encouragement to marry with emphasis on the prohibition of killing children and denial of lineage as well as the prohibition of adultery, sodomy and false accusation. The educational applications of the purpose of wealth - preservation are: Education that the wealth is for God with the need to seek and earn “halal” money and not to waste money, and the need to respect the rights of people and emphasize the prohibition of all kinds of stealing others’ wealth.
