المستخلص: وضع الإسلام فقهاً متكاملاً لحل النزاعات بالوسائل السليمة العاقلة؛ وقد أسهمت المنظومة الحوارية في الوصول إلى نوع من الرضى والتراضي، من ناحية استقرار العلاقات الإنسانية في المجتمعات، وذلك عن طريق اعتماد الحوار والتوافق منهجاً بديلاً عن المحاربة والمغالبة؛ بالإضافة إلى توسيع مجالات توظيفه ليشمل كل ما يمكن أن يتصور من نزاع وخلاف، بدءاً من الخلاف العائلي إلى النزاعات الدولية. وتتبلور الفكرة البحثية في عرض إضاءات مفاهيمية وتأصيلية وتطبيقية حول مضامين السلمية في الحوارات النبوية، ذلك أن أحداث السيرة النبوية تتضمن مادة غزيرة من الحوارات النبوية على كافة المستويات وفي سائر المجالات، مما يتطلب معه إبراز أهميتها ودورها في تعزيز السلم المدني، خاصة بعد شيوع مصطلح الحوار الحضاري. وفي ضوء ذلك ندرك مدى حاجتنا الملحة إلى الاستفادة من النماذج الحوارية الحضارية الواردة في سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وسنته المشرفة؛ كمنطلق للحوار الحضاري في زماننا، والذي يرمي إلى تعارف الحضارات بين الأمم والشعوب، وتبادل المنافع على نحو من الاحترام والاعتراف بالمصالح المشتركة، بحيث يتوسع في هذا المنحى إقليمياً ومحلياً وعالمياً.

Prophetic dialogue and civil peace building Contemporary vision focusing on the jurisprudence of the Prophet's biography Research Summary: Islam has developed an integrated jurisprudence to resolve disputes by peaceful means, and The dialogue system has contributed to a kind of satisfaction and compromise in terms of the stability of human relations in societies through the adoption of dialogue and consensus as an alternative approach to fighting and exaggeration; in addition to expanding the areas of employment to include everything Can be imagined from conflict and disagreement, starting from family dispute to international disputes. The research idea is focused on presenting conceptual, fundamental and applied insights on the peaceful implications of the Prophet's dialogues, this events "of the Prophet's biography", contain a rich material of dialogues of the Prophet at all levels and in all other fields, which requires him to highlight its importance and role in the promotion of civil peace, especially after the term of dialogue civilization. With reference to the above we realize the extent of our urgent need to take advantage of the examples of civilizational dialogue in the biography of the Prophet and its sunnah, as a starting point for civilized dialogue in our time, which aims to acquaint civilizations with nations and peoples, and to exchange benefits in a manner of respect and recognition of common interests, so as to expand these grants regionally, locally and globally.
