المستخلص: يعتبر الطفل أثمن الثروات المخزونة والرصيد المستقبلي ورأس المال الحقيقي والفعلي لحركة المسيرة والتنمية، كما ينبغي الاهتمام بالطفل ورعايته وتلبية احتياجاته الصحية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والثقافية. ويتصف العصر الحالي بالتغيير التكنولوجي السريع والانفجار المعرفي فأصبح التعامل مع وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة مقياس لتقدم الأمم في شتى المجالات. كما أن أطفال اليوم أصبحوا يمتلكون مهارات التعامل مع وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة ومصادر المعرفة المتقدمة. لذا تسعى الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق متطلبات حقوق الطفل بالتعليم قبل الجامعي بمصر في ضوء التكنولوجيا الحديثة وذلك من خلال وضع آليات لتطبيق التصور المقترح لتحقيق متطلبات حقوق الطفل الصحية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والثقافية والمشاركة وحرية التعبير وحقوق حماية الطفل.

The child is considered the most valuable stored wealth, the future balance and the real actual capital of the movement of development and building. The current age is characterized by rapid technological change and the explosion of knowledge, dealing with the means of modern technology has become a measure of the progress of nations in various fields. Today's children have the skills to deal with modern technology and advanced sources of knowledge. Therefore, the study seeks to present a proposed vision to achieve the requirements of the rights of children in pre-university education in Egypt on the light of modern technology, through presenting of mechanisms to implement the proposed vision to achieve the requirements of the rights of the child's health, social, educational, cultural, participation. freedom of expression and child protection rights. Child Rights: means the group of individual and personal rights of the child, which focuses on the status of the bearer as a child and a human being in need of care and concern. Modern technology: is the science that means the systematic method application of researches, scientific theories and the employment of human and non-human elements in a specific field to solve its problems and design appropriate scientific solutions for it and its development, use, management and evaluation to achieve specific objectives.
