المستخلص: تبنت الحكومة الجزائرية فكرة إنشاء مدن جديدة كحل سياسي نتيجة لما تشهده المدن من أزمات خانقة على مستوى السكن والخدمات المختلفة، أين عمدت إلى إدراج مشاريع ضخمة تضع ضمن أولوياتها توفير السكن بتطبيق مخططات مستوردة تخص مجتمعات أخرى ما يجعل معرفة مدى ملاءمتها للمجتمع الجزائري أمراً يستحق كل الاهتمام..، يأتي هذا الموضوع كمحاولة للكشف عن واقع الحياة الاجتماعية وسط التجمعات الحضرية الجديدة خاصة في المناطق الصحراوية والتي يعرف أهلها بالمحافظة والتمسك بالعادات والتقاليد.

Le gouvernement algérien a adopté l'idée de créer de nouvelles villes comme une solution politique à la suite d'une grave crise de logement dans les villes et le manque de divers services, ce sujet est une tentative de révéler la réalité de la vie sociale au sein de nouvelles communautés urbaines, en particulier dans les zones désertiques, dont les habitants sont connus par leurs adhésions et leurs attachements aux coutumes et traditions.

The Algerian government has adopted the idea of creating new cities as a political solution as a result of the suffocating crises in the cities at the level of housing and various services, where it has included massive projects that place among its priorities the provision of housing through the application of imported schemes for other communities, which makes knowing the extent of their suitability to the Algerian society a matter that deserves all attention. This topic comes as an attempt to uncover the reality of social life amid new urban agglomerations, especially in desert areas, whose people are known to be conservative and adhere to customs and traditions.
