المستخلص: الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه وبعد فإن أصدق الحديث كتاب الله عز وجل، وخير الهدي هدي رسولنا صل الله عليه وسلم، إذا تأملنا كتاب الله وجدناه كتابا معجزا لم ولن تستطيع الإنسانية ولا غيرها الإتيان بمثله أو أقل آية منه، وقد أمرنا الله بتدبره فقال "أفلا يتدبرون القرآن ولو كان من عند غير الله لوجدوا فيه اختلافا كثيرا" ومن هنا برزت في المكتبة القرآنية ومن قديم الزمان كتب بدأت تترى في التفسير بالرأي الجائز، وتنافس فيه السابقون من مخلصي هذه الأمة الولادة التي لن ينتهي الصالحون منها حتى يوم الدين. ولقد لفت انتباهي موضوع "دراسة لأهم كتب التفسير بالرأي الجائز ومناهج مؤلفيها" وجاءت مباحثه على النحو التالي، وهي - معنى التفسير بالرأي وموقف العلماء منه. - ما ينبغي معرفته قبل الإقدام على التفسير بالرأي. - منهج المفسرين بالرأي. - دراسة لأهم كتب التفسير بالرأي ومناهج مؤلفيها ويتناول ما يلي: 1- مفاتيح الغيب للرازي. 2- لباب التأويل في معاني التنزيل للخازن. 3- البحر المحيط لأبي حيان. 4- غرائب القرآن ورغائب الفرقان للنيسابوري. 5- السراج المنير في الإعانة على معرفة بعض معاني كلام ربنا الحكيم الخبير للخطيب الشربيني. 6- روح المعاني للألوسي. 7- الجامع لأحكام القرآن للقرطبي. 8- أحكام القرآن لابن العربي. أرجو من الله سد الخلل، والتجاوز عن الهفوات، إنه سميع قريب مجيب وأخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين.

The most authentic talk is the Book of Allah Almighty, and the best guidance is the guidance of our Messenger - peace be upon him - if we look at the book of God we will find it a miracle book . Humanity has not and will not be able to bring like it or less verse, and God ordered us to think it, Allah said:" Then do they not reflect upon the Qur'an? If it had been from (any) other than Allah, they would have found within it much contradiction." . Hence, many books in the interpretation of the permissible opinion appeared in the Koranic library and a long time ago, and competed in the former faithful of this nation which the righteous do not finish until the Day of Judgment. The subject of "a study of the most important books of interpretation of the permissible opinion and the methods of its authors" has attracted my attention The divisions were as follows: -The meaning of the interpretation of opinion and the opinion of scientists -What should be known before the interpretation of opinion? - Method of interpreters opinion - A study of the most important books of interpretation and the methods of the authors and includes the following: 1-Mafatih alghayb lilrrazaa (Keys of the unseen to ilrrazaa) 2-Labab altaawil fa mueanaa altanzil lilkhazin (Summary of the interpretation of the meanings of the quran to ilkhazin) 3- Albahr almuhit li'abaa hayan (The ocean surrounding to Abi Hayyan) 4- Gharayib alquran waraghayib alfurqan lilnysabura (The oddity of the Koran and the interests of the quran to Nisabouri) 5- Alsiraj almunir fa alaeant ealaa maerifat bed mueanaa kalam rabana alhakim alkhabir lilkhatib alsharbaynaa (lightsome lamp in helping to know some meanings of the words of our Lord the Wise expert to Khatib Al – Sherbini) 6- Rwh almaeanaa lilalusa (The spirit of the meanings to ilalusa) 7- Aljamie li'ahkam alquran lilqurtabaa (The whole rules of the Koran to qurtabaa) 8- 'Ahkam alquran liaibn aleurbaa (The rules of the Koran to iaibn aleurbaa ) I ask God to fill the defect, and forgive the lapses. He is a close hearing and answer. The last prayer that Praise be to God of the worlds.
