المستخلص: Intellectuel capital is now the most important asset of the world's leading companies. It is the basis of the leading institutions to control the markets and ensure continuity, growth and development. The interest in protecting intellectual property rights has increased with the increasing awareness of its importance in making development and progress. The aim of our study is to highlight the importance of intellectual property rights protection in Algeria, where the infringement of intellectual property rights is a loss of jobs and hindrance to encourage investment and migration of cadres and weakness in . So that it is necessary to protect them from tradition to ensure the promotion of the environment of intellectual work in the knowledge economy through the identification and setting of the atmosphere of intellectual work in Algeria and then, the efforts and efforts of the state and we concluded that the choice of developing countries at present depends on positive integration Within the framework of the new global trading system, by improving the climate of intellectual property business, especially with Algeria's orientation towards the knowledge and digital economy, a clear and rational policy, a competitive economy and fair commercial practice
