المستخلص: * مشكلة البحث: - إقامة دراسة أدبية نقدية تقوم على عرض آليات حجاجية بأدوات تداولية في نقائض شاعر أموي لم ينل حظه من الشهرة كمعاصريه، والوقوف على أدواته الحجاجية التي أفحم بها خصمه وفند مزاعمه، وأدحض حجته بالأسلوب والأفكار تارة، والصورة والخيال تارة أخرى. * أهمية البحث: - تتمثل أهمية البحث في كونه دراسة نقدية تطبيقية توضح العلاقة الوثيقة بين الشعر بصورته التخيلية والحجاج بصورته العقلية واتخاذ نقائض ابن لجأ مادة خصبة تمثل أروع ما أنتجته القريحة العربية من الشعر العربي القديم في أزهى معارضه من خلال ما يحتله شعر النقائض من أهمية كبيرة في حقل الدراسات الأدبية والنقدية، فهي قصائد تتأرجح بين التخيل الشعري والتصديق التاريخي، وحرص أصحابها على بلوغ الغاية في الجودة والإتقان، حيث المنافسة التي تدفع إلى بذل الجهد و إثبات الذات، ومن ثم يعد البحث دراسة نقدية في شعر قديم بمضمون نقدي حديث يقوم على عرض بعض آليات الحجاج والدراسة التداولية. * أهداف البحث: - يهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على القوانين التداولية التي تحكم النقائض باعتبارها نصوصا فنية تقوم على لغة إيحائية تلميحية وليست تقريرية، ومن ثم قد تتفق أو تختلف مع القوانين التي توصل إليها البحث التداولي الحديث من خلال الكشف عن نوعية العلاقة الحوارية بين الشاعرين، والكشف عن الآليات الحجاجية التي اعتمدها الشاعر في الدفاع عن نفسه وقبيلته، وبيان أدوات الادعاء والاعتراض من خلال استراتيجية البناء أو الهدم التي تكشف عن شخصية المتكلم والمخاطب. * منهجية البحث: - تعتمد الباحثة على المنهج التداولي الحجاجي في نقائض عمر بن لجأ واتخاذها مادة غنية لدراسة آليات الحجاج التي استخدمها الشاعر والتي يثبت من خلالها العلاقة بين الشعر والحجاج باعتبار النقيضة نموذجا شعريا حجاجيا بامتياز، فيحدث الربط بين الشعر العربي القديم والدراسات النقدية الحديثة أو بمعنى آخر دراسة الشعر القديم بمنظور تداولي حديث. * أدبيات البحث: لم أجد دراسة مماثلة تقوم بدراسة نقائض عمر بن لجأ التيمي دراسة تداولية حجاجية، وإن تم جمع وتدوين شعره في مخطوطة منتهى الطلب لمحمد بن المبارك، ثم جمع وتحقيق وتدوين شعره على يد الدكتور: يحيى الجبوري طبعة دار القلم الكويت، وأيضا ديوان نقائض عمر بن لجأ وجرير للدكتور: نبيل عساف طبعة دار صادر- بيروت.

And cash, they are poems oscillating between poetic imagination and historical conviction, and the keenness of their owners to achieve the goal in quality and mastery, where the competition to pay for the effort and self-proof, and then the study is critical study in ancient poetry with a modern monetary content based on the mechanisms of pilgrims and study For tradin. * Research Objectives: The aim of this research is to find out about the deliberative laws that govern derivatives as technical texts that are based on a suggestive and non-declarative language, and may therefore be in accordance with the laws reached by modern deliberative research by revealing the quality of the dialogue between the poets, The poet in defending himself and his tribe, and the statement of the tools of prosecution and objection through the strategy of construction or demolition, which reveal the personality of the speaker and the communicator. * Research Methodology: The researcher relies on the analytical inductive method in the arguments of Omar Ibn Ghala and taking a rich material to study the mechanisms of pilgrims used by the poet, which proves the relationship between poetry and pilgrims, With a modern trading perspective. * Research literature: I did not find a similar study to study the contradictions of Omar bin Laja al- taimi study of the circulation of pilgrims although the collection and codification of poetry in the manuscribt of the ultimate request to Mohamed bin Mubarak and then the collection and investigation and codiflcation of his poetry by Dr-yahya al jubouri edition of the Dar of Qalam Kuwait Dr- Nabel Assaf edition of Dar Sader Beirut
