|a الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد: فهذا ملخص لبحث عنوانه -نسخ المتواتر بالآحاد -الذي قدم لتحكيمه بكلية الدراسات الإسلامية والعربية بجامعة الأزهر. وقد تضمن البحث على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث: فالمقدمة فيها أسباب اختيار الموضوع، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهج البحث. أما المباحث فهي كالتالي: المبحث الأول: التعريف بمفردات البحث، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: تعريف النسخ لغة واصطلاحاً. المطلب الثاني: تعريف المتواتر لغة واصطلاحاً. المطلب الثالث: تعريف الآحاد لغة واصطلاحاً. المبحث الثاني: شروط النسخ. المبحث الثالث: أنواع النسخ، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: نسخ السنة بالكتاب. المطلب الثاني: نسخ الكتاب بالسنة المتواترة. المطلب الثالث: نسخ المتواتر بالآحاد. وقد ختم هذا البحث بخاتمه بينت فيها نتائج البحث والمصادر والمراجع.
