الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، أما بعد: فهذا ملخص بحث بعنوان (الإحصاء في القرآن الكريم: دراسة موضوعية). مقدم من الباحث: عمر عبد العزيز محمد بوريني، الأستاذ المشارك في التفسير وعلوم القران بجامعة طيبة. تقسم هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين، إلى جانب المقدمة والخاتمة. أما المبحث الأول فجاء بعنوان: (الإحصاء معناه واستعمالاته في القرآن الكريم). وهو في مطلبين: المطلب الأول: معنى الإحصاء لغة واصطلاحا. المطلب الثاني: الإحصاء في الاستعمال القرآني. وأما المبحث الثاني فكان لبيان (أنواع الإحصاء في القرآن الكريم). وهو في مطلبين: المطلب الأول: الإحصاء في حق الله تعالى. وهو ثلاثة أنواع: أولا: الإحصاء بمعنى العلم والإحاطة. ثانيا: الإحصاء في اللوح المحفوظ. ثالثا: الإحصاء في كتاب الأعمال. المطلب الثاني: الإحصاء في حق الناس. وهو ثلاثة أنواع: أولا: إحصاء مأمور به. ثانيا: إحصاء منهي عنه. ثالثا: إحصاء منفي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان المقصود بالإحصاء لغة واصطلاحا وفي استعمال القرآن. وبيان أنواع الإحصاء في القرآن الكريم. والدراسة الموضوعية للآيات التي تحدثت عن الإحصاء في القرآن الكريم. تقوم الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي، من خلال تتبع الآيات التي تحدثت عن الإحصاء في القرآن الكريم، واستنباط معانيه وأنواعه، ودراستها دراسة موضوعية. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أن استعمال الإحصاء في القرآن الكريم يأتي على معان أربعة: أحدها: الحفظ والضبط. الثاني: الكتابة. الثالث: الحصر والإحاطة. الرابع: الطاقة والقدرة. وأن الإحصاء يقسم من حيث موضوعه وما يتعلق به في القرآن الكريم إلى نوعين: أحدهما متعلق بحق الله تعالى، والثاني متعلق بحق الناس. ولكل نوع من أنواع الإحصاء حكم خاصة، تختلف باختلاف السياق القرآني. خرجت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات أهمها: جمع الأحاديث التي تحدثت عن الإحصاء، ودراستها سندا ومتنا. ودراسة النصوص الشرعية التي تحدثت عن الإحصاء دراسة عقدية.
Praise be to God, peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, but after: This is a summary of a research entitled (Statistics in the Holy Quran: An objective study). Submitted by the researcher: Omar Abdel Aziz Mohamed Bourini, co-professor of interpretation and Koran sciences at the University of Taiba. This study is divided into two sections, along with the introduction and the conclusion. The first topic came with the title: (Statistics and its uses in the Holy Quran). It is in two requirements: the first requirement: the meaning of the census language and terminology. The second demand: the census in the use of the Koran. The second topic was the statement (types of statistics in the Holy Quran). It is in two requirements: First requirement: Statistics in the right of God Almighty. It is three types: First: Statistics in the sense of science and briefing. Second: The statistics in the preserved table. Third: Statistics in the Book of Business. The second requirement: the census of the right of people. It is three types: First: a census is required. Secondly: A census is forbidden. Thirdly: a census. The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning of the census in terms of language, terminology and use of the Qur'an. And the types of statistics in the Holy Quran. And the objective study of the verses that spoke about the statistics in the Holy Quran. The study is based on the inductive deductive method, through tracking the verses that spoke about the statistics in the Holy Quran, and the development of its meanings and types, and studied objectively. The study concluded with a series of results, the most prominent of which are: The use of statistics in the Holy Quran comes in four meanings: one is conservation and control. Second: Writing. Third: Inventory and briefing. Fourth: energy and capacity. And that the census divided in terms of subject matter and related to the Koran to two types: one related to the right of God, and the second is related to the right of people. Each type of census has its own rule, which varies according to the Qur'anic context. The study came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the following: And study the legal texts that talked about the census of the study of contract.
