المستخلص: This research deals with identifying the concept of verbal differences and their impact on understanding the Sunnah of the Prophet, and knowing what people put in the wrong place of words, their interpretation and uses, then explaining the proportionality between the word and the meaning and its effect in understanding the Qur'an and the Sunnah, and finding out the actual and metaphorical meaning of the words, and the method of weighting between its words and meanings.
It also discusses the different forms of the words and their similarities and the knowledge of the method of antonomasia and exposure in understanding the Sunnah.
The main results of this research are the necessity of identifying the verbal differences in understanding the Qur'an and Sunnah, while increasing the certainty of the Prophet's saying: "Some eloquence is sorcery." Among the results of this research is the need for the Muhaddith, the Faqih, the Mufassir, the judge and the mufti to know the verbal differences so that the words of the Prophet do not fall out of place to bring society to the tolerance of Islam.

يُعنى هذا البحث بالتعرف على مفهوم الفروق اللفظية وأثرها على فهم السنة النبوية الشريفة، ومعرفة ما يضعه الناس في غير موضعه من الكلام وتأويلاتها واستعمالاتها، ثم بيان التناسب بين اللفظ والمعنى وأثره فهم القرآن والسنة والوقوف على حقيقة الألفاظ ومجازها، وطريقة الترجيح بين ألفاظها ومدلولاتها.
كما يبحث بيان اختلاف صيغ الألفاظ واتفاقها، ومعرفة أسلوب الكناية والتعريض في فهم السنة.
وتتجلى أبرز نتائج هذا البحث في ضرورة الوقوف على الفروق اللفظية لفهم القرآن والسنة النبوية، مع زيادة اليقين بقول الرسول الأمين: "إن من البيان لسحرا"، ومن نتائجه بيان حاجة المحدث والفقيه والمفسر والقاضي والمفتي إلى معرفة الفروق اللفظية حتى لا ينزل كلام الرسول في غير موضعه للوصول بالمجتمع إلى سماحة الدين.
