المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى كشف أسرار التراكيب اللغوية، ومعرفة ما تحتويه من مضامين ومعان دقيقة لطيفة مترتبة على تقييد الجملة بالنفي، وفوارق المعاني في حال تقييدها مع هذا النفي بالوصف والحال، حيث كشفت الفارق بين القيدين من خلال المقارنة بينهما فيما تتيحه العربية معهما من وجوه يتسع بها مجال التأويل، ويتنوع معها توجيه الدلاله وخاصة في معاني الآيات القرآنية، التي يتم الحكم عليها قوة وضعفا وفقا لمقتضى المعنى والسياق. وفي سبيل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تناول بعض المسائل التي تعكس عناية علمائنا الأجلاء ببيان أثر القيد في الدلالة، ومدى عنايتهم بمعاني التراكيب وخاصة في النظم القرآني، ومحاولتهم استقصاء المعاني التي يحتملها الكلام بما لا يتعارض مع مراد الله عز وجل من كلامه. ولفتت الدراسة إلى ضرورة أن يعنى الباحثون بالدراسات التي تكشف قيمة النحو العربي في ترجمة الفكر، وكشف أسرار التراكيب اللغوية، وخاصة في التركيب القرآني المعجز الذي لا ينضب معينه ولا يخلق على كثرة الرد، ما يعمل على تحقيق المتعة والفائدة لدى المهتمين بالنحو العربي ومن ثم جذبهم وتحفيزهم نحو دراسته وتحمل مشتقات تعلمه، وأن ينصرفوا عن الدراسات التقليدية التي قد تمثل عائقا وعاملا طاردا يجعل أهل اللسان العربي من الزاهدين في تعلم قواعد ضبطه وترجمة فكره. وتم التنويه من خلال الدراسة إلى أن دراسة القيود في التراكيب اللغوية بحر زاخر ومحيط شاسع يحتاج جهود الدارسين والباحثين لبيان الأسرار البديعة التي تكتنفها القيود في التراكيب، ومن ثم ضرورة تحليهم بالأدوات التي تكشف وظائف القيود، وتمكنهم من سبر أغوار المعاني المترتبة عليها وكشف دقائقها ولطائفها؛ وأن تتجه عناية الأساتذة والمعلمين إلى تعليم القواعد النحوية بدءا من بيان الغاية الوظيفية للنحو العربي وانتهاء بها.

The study aims to uncover deeper meanings through the use of certain Syntaxes, and to derive beauty and precision by constraining a sentence with Negation. Specifically, understanding the change in meaning when Restricted this Negation with Adverb and with Adjective. Distinguishing between these two types of qualifications used as far as the confines of the Arabic language allows illustrates how deferent interpretations can be derived. Such broadening of meanings could have a widening effect in interpreting the verses of the Holy Quran. Hence, additional points could be derived favoring or weakling established positions and rulings, taking into account the broader context. In order to achieve the goal of this study, a number of issues have been addressed hear in that illustrate the extent of care our esteemed scholars have taken upon themselves to show the effect Negation has in interpreting rulings, Especially in the Quranic Context. To show their effort in deriving meanings from the Word of God in a manner that does not contradict the main message of the Word This study draws the attention of researchers interested in deducing meaning form Arabic syntax, and unlocking hidden meaning from grammatical constructs, especially in relation to the Quranic context – an unceasing water well and a constantly renewing message. Such that can achieve pleasure and benefit to the inclined and then encourage them to undertake the difficulties of studying Arabic Grammar and persevere. Perhaps give them enough drive to peruse this field away from a traditional educational stetting that seems to be a leading factor and a repelling force causing indigenous Arab speakers to be among the last to peruse this field of study. This research alludes to the potential and sea of possibilities that the study of Qualifiers and grammatical constructs has to offer that demand a sincere effort from researchers to undertake to unlock. As well as their need to use the proper tools that will help them understand the purpose of these qualifiers. Also to bring the attention of the educators in the basics of Arabic Syntax the importance of starting with the ultimate goal from learning syntax then ending with it, going full circle
