|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإعلام في الكشف عن الخلل الذي يصيب أجهزة الدولة خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث تعمل وسائل الإعلام في الكشف عن الفساد سواء في القطاع العام أو الخاص، باعتبارها الآلية الفعالة الذي تصبوا إلى الوصول إلى وضع حد لهذه الجرائم من خلال الحصول على المعلومة اللازمة التي تساعدها للقيام بهذا الدور. كما تم إبراز وخلال هذه الدراسة مركز حرية الإعلام خلال التعديلات الجديدة التي حلت بالتشريع الجزائري، سواء بالنسبة للدستور الجديد أو مختلف التشريعات التي لها علاقة بالإعلام، ليتم في الأخير الوقوف عند تقييم مدى فعالية التعديلات الجديدة في حماية الإعلام من أجل حصوله على المعلومات الضرورية للقيام بهذا الدور.

|b This study aims at showing the press role in revealing the defect affecting the state organs, especially in recent times; the mass media works on revealing corruption, either in the public sector or in the private one, since it’s considered as the effective mechanism, which looks for putting an end to these crimes through getting the information that helps it to play such a role. This study also shows the press freedom center, throughout the newly amendments in the Algerian legislation, either for the new constitution or for the various legislations that has a relation with the press. Finally, the extent of the new amendments effectiveness in protecting the press has been reviewed for the sake of getting the necessary information to fulfil this role.
