المستخلص: هذا البحث عبارة عن تفسير موضوعي لسورة الممتحنة قسم الباحث السورة إلى مجموعات، كل مجموعة تتضمن آيات، وجعل لكل مجموعة عنوانا، مع بيان معاني غريب الكلمات، مع بيان أوجه القراءات المختلفة وتوجيهها مع بيان الأحكام والمقاصد المتضمنة للسورة، وقد توصل الباحث إلى ما يلي:
1- الأمر بوجوب الولاء بين المؤمنين، والنهي الأكيد عن موالاة الكافرين، مع بيان المنهج الإسلامي الوسطي المتسم بالعدل والإحسان مع الكفار والمشركين المسالمين، وإيصال البر لهم.
2- السورة ترد على أهل الإفراط والغلو بتكفير المسلمين، كما ترد على أهل التفريط والتساهل والجفاء في الولاء والبراء، والذين لا يقيمون له وزنا. كما تحذر السورة من الشرك بالله تعالى، والسرقة والزنا وقتل النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق، والبهتان.
3- ذكر البيعة يقتضي أهمية الإمامة وولاية الأمر في الإسلام، وأنه لا بد من حاكم يحكم جماعة المسلمين، ويرعى شؤونهم، يبايعه أهل الحل والعقد ورؤوس الناس من الرجال والنساء.

This research is an objective interpretation of Surat Al-Mumtahinah (Chapter of the Examined Women).
The researcher divided the chapter into groups, each group containing verses, and gave each group a title and explained the meanings of strange words. He also explained the different styles of reading, their explanation and the rules and objectives contained in the chapter
The researcher concluded the following:
1- Promoting that allegiance is obligatory among believers, and the definite prohibition against being loyal to disbelievers and explained the middle Islamic approach characterized by justice and kindness with the Kuffaar and the peaceful Mushrikeen (those who ascribe partners to Allah), and conveying righteousness to them.
2. The surah responded to those who excess and exaggerate in naming Muslims as Kuffar. It also responds to those who are careless, have leniency and avoid loyalty and righteousness, and those who do not give it any weight. The surah also warns against ascribing partners to Allah, may He be exalted, stealing, adultery and killing oneself that Allah has forbidden except in truth, and foul.
3. Mention of Allegiance requires the importance of Imamah (leadership) and the guardianship in Islam. It is essential that there be a ruler who will rule the Muslim community and take care of their affairs, and that the stakeholders and the heads of the people, both men and women make allegiance to him.
