ShehabElDinAbouZahw.27@azhar.edu.eg الأستاذ المشارك بقسم السنة وعلومها – كلية الشريعة وأصول الدين – جامعة الملك خالد – السعودية الأستاذ المساعد بقسم الحديث وعلومه – كلية أصول الدين والدعوة بطنطا – جامعة الأزهر – مصر حفلت السنة المطهرة بالكثير من الأحاديث النبوية التي تظهر اهتماما بالغا برعاية الأوطان وحقوق المواطنة وبنائها على أسس قويمة، وحمايتها من عوامل الانحراف والشبهات التي تعصف بسلامة المجتمع المسلم وأمنه واستقراره، خاصة عند وقوع الأزمات العقدية والفكرية ومواجهة الأفكار المضللة، وتتجلى أهمية هذا البحث في أنه موضوع متعلق ببيان منهج الإسلام يحميها من التفريط أو الإفراط في حقوقها. وكان السؤال الأبرز الذي يريد البحث الإجابة عنه: ما أبرز الجوانب المتعلقة بالمسؤولية الوطنية من جانب المواطن نحو ولاة أمره التي أبرزتها السنة النبوية؟ وكان من أهم أسباب البحث: براعة المنهج النبوي في بيان جوانب المسؤولية الوطنية بين المواطن وولاة أمره، والتحذير من الإخلال بالواجب نحوها. وجاء في مقدمة أهداف البحث: الوقوف على بعض ما ورد في السنة المطهرة حول الجوانب المتنوعة للمسؤولية الوطنية. وكان من أظهر نتائج البحث: أنه أوضح بجلاء كيف كان النبي – عليه الصلاة والسلام – يربي أمته على السمع والطاعة وإن ظلموا، خاصة في أوقات الاضطرابات والفتن، حرصا عليهم من العواقب الوخيمة، كما بينت السنة النبوية أنه من رأى من أميره شيئا يكرهه؛ لمخالفته الشرع، أو لمخالفته ما تحبه نفسه، فليصبر على ذلك المكروه، وليحذر من مفارقة الجماعة ومعصية الحاكم والخروج عليه. وأن الأحاديث الشريفة بينت أن الاستباق إلى الإسهام في مناشط الدولة من أبرز خصائص الوطنية في الأمة المسلمة التي أقامت أعظم حضارة عرفها العالم، المتأمل في السيرة الزكية والحديث النبوي يجد أمثلة متكاثرة على جاهزية الفرد المسلم، ورغبته الصادقة في التواصل مع ولاة الأمر من أجل البناء وإقامة نهضة الوطن، كما قررت السنة النبوية في جلاء أن النساء كانت لهن إسهامات متميزة في المبادرة بالتفاعل مع القيادة وأولي الأمر فيما ينفع الوطن ويدفع عنه الشر.

Assistant Professor in The Department of Hadith and Its Science, Faculty of Islamic Fundamentals and Dawa in Tanta, Al Azhar University, Egypt. The incidence of malicious ideas that afflict the national security and stability of the society, is well known to all the followers of our present situation. Although, this phenomenon needs continuously to go through some deep specialized studies that fit into the needs of the society and accommodate its demands, which are represented in establishing the individuals of the society in all categories – especially the youth – in accordance to the straight and sincere patriotic ideology, without compromising or overdoing or deviation or anomaly. The Prophet's Sunnah took great care of the homelands and their citizens, and it have been very concerned with the statement of their rights and the duties towards them, in the interests of the security and safety of the homelands and their protection from evils and internal and external dangers. The Sunnah has been flooded with a lot of authentic prophetic hadiths that show a keen interest in the welfare of the homelands and the rights of citizenship and build them on sounder foundations, and protect them from the factors of deviation and suspicion that affect the safety, security and stability of the Muslim community, epecially when the crises of Faith and intellectual took place in the society, so we had to do a lot of effort confronting the misguided ideas. Therefore, this research came along, to reveal the most salient aspects of this national responsibility, revealing its origins, and the endorsement of Qur'anic verses and prophetic hadiths to this great responsibility, to be a safe fortress for our youth from all deviant ideas and beliefs that are trying so hard to destroy their faith and religion, and assassinate their patriotism, and also trying to recruit the youth to achieve the malicious aims of the enemies. In accordance, this research is called: "national responsibility, an thematic study in the light of the prophetic sunnah". This research has come to try to answer the following questions: 1- What is the national responsibility urged by the Sunnah? 2- What is the importance of the prophetic Sunnah to the aspects of national responsibility and its impact on the Muslim community in particular and humankind in general? 3- What are the main aspects of national responsibility highlighted in the prophetic Sunnah? 4- What are the things that we have been guided to -by the prophetic Sunnah- to be able to reach out to a high degree of awareness and responsibility towards our homelands and citizens? 5- How was the Prophet peace be upon him used to deal with the national aspects and citizenship rights
