المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان وتوضيح الجهود الجبارة التي بذلها علماء الكلام في سبيل تثبيت عقائد الملة وتسديد البراهين والأدلة، ومن هذه الجهود جهودهم في بيان أحكام العلة والمعلول، وما يتعلق بهما من شروط وتقييدات، لا بد للباحث أن يتنبه لها عند التعامل مع المسائل الإلهية. والمنهج المستخدم في البحث -الذي هو نص تراثي- هو منهج النص المختار، وهو اختيار القراءة الصحيحة من أي نسخة وجدت، مع عدم اتخاذ نسخة معينة أصلا لهذا التحقيق. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون البحث مكونا من: مقدمة، وقسم الدراسة، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: الأول: في التعريف بالمؤلف، والثاني: في التعريف بالنص المحقق. والثالث: في وصف النسخ المخطوطة مع بيان منهج التحقيق. وقسم التحقيق، وفيه النص المحقق. ثم أهم نتائج البحث، ثم قائمة المصادر والمراجع. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: * بذل علماء الكلام جهودا جبارة في سبيل تثبيت عقائد الملة وتسديد البراهين والأدلة، ومن أعظم هذه الجهود جهودهم في بيان أحكام العلة والمعلول. * يحتوي النص المحقق المنشور: "القول في العلة والمعلول وأحكامهما" على أعظم دلالة على عمق وأصالة ما تركه لنا علماؤنا السابقون من تراث علمي محرر. * العلة: هي الصفة الجالبة للحكم، والمعلول: هو ما أوجبته العلة، والحكم والمعلول أمر واحد، ولها شروط كثيرة فصل القول فيها الأنصاري في كتابه هذا. * الاطراد والانعكاس لا يكتفى جهما في الحكم بصحة العلة، ولكنهما شرط العلة وليسا أمارة صحتها.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the great efforts exerted by the scholars of theological in order to establish the doctrines of the religion and the establish proofs, and from these efforts their efforts in the statement of the provisions of the cause and the effect, and the related conditions and limitations, the researcher must pay attention to them when dealing with the divine issues. The methodology used in the search - which is a legacy text - is the approach of the selected text, which is the correct reading choice of any copy found, with no original copy taken for this investigation. The nature of the research necessitated that the research be composed of: an introduction, and a section of the study, in which there are three topics: the first: in the definition of the author, and the second: in the definition of the text. And the third: in describing the manuscript copies with the statement of the method of investigation. And the investigation section, in which the text is investigated. Then the main search results, then the list of sources and references. The most important results of the research: The scholars of theological made great efforts in order to establish the doctrines of the religion and establish the proofs, and the greatest of these efforts is their efforts to explain the provisions of the cause and the effect. The text of the published scholar, "The Sayings of the Cause and the effect and Their Judgments," contains the greatest indication of the depth and authenticity of what our former scientists have left to us from a scientific heritage.
