المستخلص: الحمد لله الواحد الأحد الفرد الصمد الذي لم يلد ولم يولد ولم يكن له كفوا أحد والصلاة والسلام على خير الرسل وأفضل الخلق محمد بن عبد الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه وبعد. فإن البحث في مقاصد الشريعة الكلية والجزئية وتطبيقاتها في جوانب الحياة المختلفة لا يزال هو بغية العلماء وطلاب العلم والباحثين، فالبحث في المقاصد الجزئية بحر عميق ومتجدد بتجدد الحوادث والوقائع والزمان والمكان، ولا تزال الحاجة ماسة إلى بيان المقاصد الضرورية وتطبيقاتها وآثارها، وما شرعه الله تعالى لحفظها. ومما شرع لحفظ الضروريات الخمس – الدين والنفس والمال والعقل والنسل – العمل الخيري. فهذه دراسة تهدف إلى إبراز مقاصد الشريعة وتوجيهها للسلوك الفردي والجماعي للتفاعل مع قضايا المجتمع كذلك تهدف إلى بيان العمل الخيري وأهميته ودوره في حفظ مقاصد الشريعة الضرورية وهي تأتي تحت عنوان: (أثر العمل الخيري في حفظ الدين والنفس – دراسة مقاصدية) تتبعت فيها النصوص الخاصة بالعمل الخيري في جانب المحافظة على الدين والنفس ومن ثم الوقوف على مدى تأثير العمل الخير في المحافظة على المقاصد الضرورية ومقصدي الدين والنفس على وجه الخصوص وأقوال علماء المقاصد. وقد أجاب البحث على سؤالات وهي: - ما هو مفهوم العمل الخيري وما هي أنواعه ووسائله؟ - ما هي المقاصد الضرورية وما المقصود بحفظها؟ - هل للعمل الخيري أثر في حفظ مقاصد الشريعة؟ - هل للعمل الخيري أثر في حفظ المقاصد الضرورية ومقصد النفس ومقصد الدين؟ وتبعت في كتابة هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتطبيق على بعض الأمثلة والمسائل في مجال العمل الخيري. ثم خلصت من كل ذلك إلى نتائج ذيلت بها البحث.

This research handles the purposes of macro and micro purposes of Sharia and its application in various aspects of life, where this topic is still the focus for scholars, students and researchers. The research in micro purposes is broad and always required due to the renewal of accidents, facts, time and space, as well as the urgent need towards clarifying the necessary purposes, their application and their effects, and what God has prescribed for their preservation in addition to preservation of the Five Necessities in Islam - religion, self, wealth, intellect, lineage and their relation to charitable work. This is a study aimed at highlighting the purposes of Sharia and directing it to individual and group behavior to interact with community issues. It also aims to demonstrate charitable work, its importance and its role in preserving the purposes of the five necessities of Sharia. This research is entitled: (The Impact of Charitable Work on Preserving Religion and Self: Purposeful Study( The researcher follows the texts related to charitable work on the side of preserving religion and self, and then determining the extent of the effect of charitable work in maintaining the necessary purposes, especially religion and self, and sayings of scholars. The research answered the following questions: What is the concept of charitable work and what are its types and means? What are the necessary purposes and what is meant by preserving them? Does charity work have impact on preserving the purposes of Sharia? Does charitable work have an effect in preserving the necessary purposes, the purpose of self and the purpose of religion? The researcher employed in writing this research the descriptive analytical method, and applying it to some examples and issues in the charitable work, then the findings
