المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الشائعة وأثرها على الفرد والمجتمع وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن للشائعة أثر بالغ على الفرد والمجتمع وأنها تعوق عملية فهم المجتمعات لطبيعة الظروف التي تمر بها وتجعلها عاجزة عن استيعاب الضرورات التاريخية التي تؤثر على اتجاه حركتها ونموها على أرض الواقع، وكذلك تعمل الشائعات على إعاقة خروج المجتمعات من أزماتها في الوقت المناسب. فالشائعة تعمق الأزمة وتوسع نطاقها أيضا، وتعمل على استفحال حالات الارتباط الفوضى التي تصيب الواقع والأخر من ذلك أن تهمل السلطات المعينة وأجهزة الإعلام التعامل معها ومواجهتها باعتبارها شائعات لا أهمية لها، وليست حقائق، وبهذا تتضخم الشائعات وتصبح في مثل هذه الأوضاع مؤثرة إلى الحد الذي تعجز معها السلطات وأجهزة الإعلام أحيانا عن مجاراتها، ولهذا كانت الحاجة ملحة لدراسة الشائعات وتحليلها للخروج من دائرة الأزمة. ويخرج أثرها من الفرد إلى المجتمع ثم المجتمعات المجاورة والشائعة تعمي عن الحق وعن الصراط المستقيم وكذلك فالإشاعات من أهم الوسائل المؤدية إلى الفتنة والوقيعة بين الناس وإنما كانت الفتنة أشد من القتل لأن القتل يقع على نفس واحدة لها حرمة مصانة أما بالفتنة فيهدم بنيان الحرمة ليس لفرد وإنما لمجتمع بأسره. إن نشر الإشاعات سلاح خطير يفتك بالأمة ويفرق أهلها، ويسئ ظن بعضهم ببعض، ويفضي إلى عدم الثقة بينهم، وأسرع الأمم تصديقا للإشاعات هي الأمم الجاهلة الفاشلة، بسذاجتها تصدق ما يقال، وتردد الأخبار الكاذبة دون تمحيص ولا تفنيد، وأما الأمم الواعية فلا تلتفت إلى الإشاعات، وتكون مدركة لأحابيل وألاعيب المنافقين وأعدائها، فلا يؤثر على مسيرتها، ولا يهز أعصابها. فمطلوب من المجتمعات دائما أن تكون يدا واحدة، أعوانا على الخير، وأعوانا على البر والتقوى، يكمل بعضهما نقص بعض، ويعين بعضها بعضا. ولعلاج الشائعات لابد من عدها سلوكا مرذولا، منافيا للأخلاق النبيلة والسجايا الكريمة والمثل العليا. وكذلك التحذير من الغيبة والوقيعة في الأعراض، والكذب والبهتان والنميمة، بين الناس.

The study aimed to study the rumor and its impact on the individual and society. the study found that rumor has a great impact on the individual and society and that it hinders the process of understanding communities of the nature of the circumstances under which they are unable to absorb the historical necessities that affect the direction of movement and growth on the ground, as well as rumors work on Impeding societies from emerging from their crises in a timely manner. The rumor deepens and extends the crisis as well, and exacerbates the chaos of the chaos that affects reality. The other is that the authorities and the media neglect to deal with them as rumors are of no importance, not facts, and thus the rumors swell and become in such situations to the extent that it is impossible. The authorities and the media sometimes have to keep up with them, so there was an urgent need to study and analyze rumors to get out of the crisis. Its impact extends from the individual to the community and then to the neighboring and common communities, blinded by the truth and the right path. As well as rumors of the most important means leading to sedition and rivalry among people, but sedition was more severe than killing because the killing is on the same sanctity of the inviolability and the sedition destroys the structure of sanctity not for an individual but for the whole society. The dissemination of rumors is a dangerous weapon that destroys the nation and disperses its people, and offends each other, and leads to mistrust among them. , And be aware of the tricks and tricks of the hypocrites and their enemies, does not affect her career, nor shake her nerves. Therefore, societies are always required to be one hand, good for good, and good for righteousness and piety, complement each other's shortages, and help each other. In order to cure the rumors, it must be counted as cursed behavior, contrary to noble morals, dignified attributes and ideals. As well as warning of the absence and fallacy in the symptoms, lying, fading and gossip, among people.
