المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الدور الوسيط لممارسات سلسلة التوريد المستدامة في تحسين الأداء البيئي والمالي للمنظمة تطبيقا على الشركات الصناعية في مصر. وقد حددت الدراسة دوافع تطبيق ممارسات سلسلة التوريد المستدامة في دوافع المصالح أو الاستفادة ودوافع العلاقات والدوافع الأخلاقية. كما حددت أربعة ممارسات لإدارة سلسلة التوريد المستدامة وهي التصميم المستدام للمنتجات والتصميم المستدام للعمليات والتعاون المستدام في جانب العرض وأخيرا التعاون المستدام في جانب الطلب، كما حددت الدراسة الأداء في أبعاد الأداء البيئي والمالي للمنظمة وفي سبيل الوصول لهذا الهدف تم تطوير خمسة فروض، وتم الاعتماد على قائمة استقصاء طورها الباحث لجمع البيانات الأولية التي تخدم غرض الدراسة، وباستخدام مقياس كرونباخ ألفا تم التأكد من ثبات مقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وباستخدام أسلوب نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية (SEM) لاختبار فروض ونموذج الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين دوافع الاستفادة أو المصالح وممارسات إدارة سلسلة التوريد المستدامة من ناحية وتلك الممارسات والأداء البيئي والمالي للمنظمة من ناحية أخرى ورفضت نتائج الدراسة وجود دور وسيط لتلك الممارسات بين دوافع الاستدامة والأداء البيئي والمالي للمنظمة، وبالتالي تم التحقق من صحة نموذج الدراسة وقبوله.

The objective of this study is to analyze the intermediary role of sustainable supply chain practices in improving environmental and financial performance for industrial companies in Egypt. The study identified the motives for implementing the practices of sustainable supply chain in instrumental motives, relational motives and ethical motives. It identified four practices for sustainable supply chain management: sustainable product design, sustainable process design, the supply- side sustainability collaboration and finally demand- side sustainable collaboration. The study also identified performance in the environmental and financial performance dimensions of the organization. To achieve this goal, five hypotheses were developed, Based on the questionnaire developed by the researcher to collect the primary data that serve the purpose of the study, and using the Kronbach Alfa scale was verified the stability of the parameters of the variables of the study, and using the method of modeling structural equations (SEM) to test the hypotheses and model of the study. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the motives of interests and the practices of sustainable supply chain on the one hand and the environmental and financial practices and the other on the other. The results of the study rejected the mediator role of these practices between the sustainability motives and the environmental and financial performance of the organization. The study model was validated and accepted.
