تتبع هذا البحث ما ورد في كتاب (ارتشاف الضرب من لسان العرب) لأبي حيان الأندلسي من الخلاف الذي ينبني عليه معنى كلامي. وخلص إلى أن أثر هذا النوع من الخلاف إنما يظهر في التذكير والتأنيث والتثنية والجمع، أو في الاتباع بالنعت والعطف، أو في التقديم والتأخير. وبناء على ذلك جاء البحث في ثلاثة مباحث مسبوقة بمقدمة وتمهيد، ومتبوعة بخاتمة، وفهارس فنية. واشتملت هذه المباحث على اثنتي عشرة مسألة، ذكرت أثر الخلاف عند أبي حيان في كل منها، مسبوقاً بدراسة تحليلية مفصلة لأقوال النحويين فيها، وملحقاً بتحقيق أثر الخلاف الذي أورده في كل منها، وبيان من سبقه إليه، ومن تبعه، أو خالفه فيه، مع بيان رأي الباحث في كل منها. وكان من أهم نتائج هذا البحث ما يأتي: 1-أن ما ذكره أبو حيان في (الارتشاف) من أثر الخلاف بين النحويين منه ما هو مسلوخ منتزع من كلام السابقين، ومنه ما لم أره لغيره، وقد راعيت التنبيه على ذلك عند دراسة كل أثر منها. 2- أن الذي انتهت إليه بعض الدراسات الحديثة من ذكر أقسام الخلاف، وما ينبني علي كل قسم مأخوذ من تقسيم أبي حيان الخلاف بين النحويين إلى خلاف يجدي، وخلاف لا يجدي كبير فائدة. ولا أعلم أحداً من النحويين سبق أبا حيان إلى هذا التقسيم، وهو في غاية الدقة والإحكام؛ إذ يفضي إلى أن الخلاف الذي لا ينبني عليه حكم لفظي، أو معنى كلامي لا يخلو من فائدة من جهة ما يلزم من بيان مقاصد الكلام، وتنقيح وجه الحكمة في الصناعة النحوية، لا من جهة أن تنبني عليه فائدة كلامية؛ لأنه لا يؤدي إلى الوقوف على كيفية التكلم. وعلى هذا النحو ينبغي أن يحمل ما ورد على لسان النحويين من نحو قولهم: "وهذا الخلاف لا يجدي فائدة"، وقولهم: "وهذا الخلاف مما لا طائل فيه". وأما ما ذهب إليه بعض الباحثين من حمل هذه العبارات على ظاهرها، وعد هذا الخلاف من شوائب النحو، ومن أهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى ارتفاع شكوى المتعلمين من صعوبته فالذي يظهر لي أنه لم يقف على كلام أبي حيان في هذا الباب، ودعواه مردودة من ثلاثة أوجه يأتي بيانها في موضعها من هذا البحث إن شاء الله تعالى.
The research follows what is mentioned in the book ''the quintessence and purport of the tongue of the Arabs" by Abi Hayyan of Andalusia about the dispute on which the meaning of my words is based. He concluded that the effect of this type of disagreement is manifested in maleness, femininity, deference and pluralism, or in adhering to the adjective and addition or in presenting and delaying. Accordingly, the research came in three sections preceded by an introduction and a preface, followed by a conclusion and technical indexes. This study included twelve debatable issues which mentioned the impact of the dispute in Abi Hayyan in each of them ,preceded by a detailed analytical study of the narratives of the grammarians in it and in order to investigate the impact of the dispute that he mentioned in each of them and a statement of his predecessors and those who followed him ,with the opinion of the researcher in each of them. The most important results of this research were the following: 1-the conclusion of some recent studies of the sections of the dispute and what is based on each section taken from the division of Abi Hayyan's dispute between the grammarians to the dispute is useful, and disagreement is useless. I don't know if there were any of the grammarians has preceded Abi Hayyan in this division which is very precise and strict. it leads to that the dispute on which no verbal rule is based, or the meaning of my words is not without benefit from the necessary of statement of purposes of speech ,the grammatical industry, on the one hand isn't based on verbal utility ,because it does not rely on how to speak. In this way, he should explain the words of the grammarians about their saying "this dispute isn't useful". and saying: "this disagreement is useless". As for what some researchers have said to construes these words on its face, this dispute is considered from the impurities of the grammar, and one of the most important reasons that led to the rise of the complaint of the learners of his difficulty, which shows me that he didn't stand on the words of Abi Hayyan in this section, the statement comes in the place of this research, God willing. 2- what Abi Hayyan said in AL artshaf is the effect of the difference between the grammarians of it and what is stolen from the words of the former, and from it, what I have not seen for anyone else.
