المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى بيان أن للبليغ تصرفا في القول مفردا ومركبا وفق مقتضيات من الغرض والسياق فيخالف ظاهر شروط القياس الصحيح للكلمة وفق ما تستلزمه شاعرية اللغة من الشعور والخيال الخصب والحالة النفسية. ومن ثم اشتمل هذا البحث على صور مخالفة القياس من زيادة أو حذف في الكلمة أو إبدال أو عدول عن الصيغة.. وأظهر البحث إن التقييد باللغة المعيارية بما فيها من قوانين وقواعد مبنية على المشهور أو الأكثر استعمالا قد لا يحقق الأغراض الفنية والجمالية في النظم العالي، كما أنه قد لا يؤدي المعني المراد؛ لذا قد يتطلب الأمر العدول لتحقيق تلك الأغراض. كما يجب التفرقة بين الكلمة خارج التركيب وداخله.. فينبغي ألا ننظر إلى اللفظ بمعزل عن التركيب وعن الحالة النفسية لقائله كما فعل ابن سنان وغيره فعابوا كل خروج عن مقتضي الظاهر في القياس.
