المستخلص: الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وبعد... فهذا البحث المتواضع يتعلق بعنعنة المدلس، وقد ضمنته ثلاثة مباحث بعد المقدمة، اشتمل المبحث الأول على تعريف التدليس، وأقسامه، وأنواع كل قسم، وحكم التدليس، وحكم رواية المدلس، ثم ختمته بذكر الأسباب الحاملة على التدليس. وأما المبحث الثاني فقد ضمنته بعض الضوابط التي يجب مراعاتها مع من وصف من الرواة بالتدليس كالتحقق من ثبوت التدليس في حقه من عدمه، وتحديد نوع التدليس، ومعرفة كون الراوي المدلس مقل أو مكثراً، لما لذلك من الأثر على قبول روايته أو ردها، وكما لا يقبل الجرح من كل أحد، فكذلك لا يقبل وصف الراوي بالتدليس من كل أحد، وعلى الباحث أن لا يكتفي بما دون في المختصرات، ولا تحكم الضوابط العامة كقانون مطرد، بل لابد من الاعتبار بالقرائن، والنظر في كل حديث على حدة. وأما المبحث الثالث ذكرت فيه الحالات التي تقبل فيها عنعنة المدلس مالم يثبت في رواية بعينها تدليسه، وختمته بفهرس المصادر، وفهرس الموضوعات. وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم

Praise be to Allaah and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet RasulAllah and after... This modest research relates to the curse of the maddess, and included in the three sections after the introduction, the first topic included the definition of fraud, and sections, and the types of each section, and the rule of fraud, and the rule of the story of the maddess, and then concluded by mentioning the reasons behind the fraud. The second section included some controls that must be taken into account with the description of the narrators of fraud, such as verifying the proven fraud in his right or not, and determine the type of fraud, and knowing that the narrator narrowned less or more, because of the impact on the acceptance of his novel or its response, as does not accept The wound of each one, as well as does not accept the description of the narrator fraudulent from each one, and the researcher should not suffice without the abbreviations, and the general controls are not governed as a steady law, but must be considered by the evidence, and consider each talk separately. The third section mentioned the cases where the curse of the maddiss is accepted unless it is proven in a particular novel that it is fraudulent, and it is concluded by the sources index and the subjects index.
