المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على مسار التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر ما بين الفترة 2011- 2017، بالاعتماد على معامل هيرفندال – هيرشمان لقياس مدى تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني فيما يخص المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية التي تعكس الأداء الاقتصادي وهي: الناتج المحلي الخام، الصادرات، الواردات، إيرادات الموازنة العمومية، والتكوين الإجمالي لرأس المال الثابت، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن اقتصاديات المورد الواحد المبنية أساساً على إنتاج وتصدير الطاقة الأحفورية كالاقتصاد الجزائري يجب أن تفك تبعتها المطلقة للبترول كمورد أساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية، وتتبنى التنويع الاقتصادي كسياسة تنموية جديدة تستهدف الانتقال التدريجي للاقتصاد الجزائري من التركيز إلى التنويع، وذلك بطبيعة الحال بغية خلق مصادر جديدة للدخل بعيداً عن النفط الذي أبقى الاقتصاد ريعيا لحد الآن لا يرقى لمستوى التنويع.

The objective of this paper is to shed some light on the economic diversification trajectory in Algeria during the period 2011- 2017, We have adopted the Herfendal-Hirschman HHI coefficient to measure the national economic diversification, and thus in relation to Macroeconomic indicators that reflect the economic performance: GDP, exports, imports, balance sheet revenues, and gross fixed capital formation, Clearly, it is imperative now to adopt economic diversification as a new development policy aiming at achieving the gradual transition of the Algerian economy from concentration to diversification, in order to create new sources of income.

L'objectif de ce document est de mettre en lumière la trajectoire de diversification économique en Algérie sur la période 2011-2017, Nous avons adopté le coefficient Herfendal- Hirschman HHI pour mesurer la diversification de l'économie nationale, en ce qui concerne les Indicateurs macroéconomiques reflétant la performance économique: PIB, exportations, importations, recettes du bilan et formation brute de capital fixe. De toute évidence, il est maintenant impératif d’adopter la diversification économique en tant que nouvelle politique de développement visant à réaliser le passage progressif de l’économie algérienne de la concentration à la diversification, afin de créer de nouvelles sources de revenus.
