المستخلص: هذه دراسة لأحاديث دعاء دخول الخلاء فقط دون الخروج منه، أردت من خلالها جمع الروايات وبيان صحتها من ضعفها، والتنبيه على عللها، واستخراج معانيها، وفقهها، والآداب والمسائل المتعلقة بها. قد اخترت هذا الموضوع للدراسة؛ لأن الناس يتهاونون في قراءة هذا الدعاء عند دخول الخلاء فيكون سببا لوساوس الشيطان، وكذا لاحظت أن من أهل العلم من يقوم بشرح هذه الأحاديث، وهم لا ينبهون على عللها وضعفها؛ فأردت من خلال هذا البحث جمع الأحاديث الواردة في دخول الخلاء ودراستها وبيان صحتها من سقمها واستخراج الفوائد منها.وانتهيت بعد الدراسة إلى أن الصحيح في هذا الحديث هو حديث عبد العزيز بن صهيب عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه أخرجه الشيخان. وأما أحاديث التسمية مع دعاء الخلاء كلها ضعيفة أو معلولة. ولكن ينبغي للإنسان إذا دخل الخلاء أن يقول التسمية مع دعاء دخول الخلاء في نفسه أو يقولها قبل دخوله؛ لأن لها أصل ثابت أخرجه البخاري من حديث ابنِ عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما.

This study tackles the subject of the hadiths of only entering the water closet, not of exiting from it. The aim of this study is to gather narrations, show the correct from the weak, and to deduce its meanings, jurisprudence, ethics and related matters. I decided to tackle this subject because people devalue the matter of reciting this supplication before entering the water closet, so this leads to devil's whisperings. Moreover, I notice that some of the scholars interpret these hadiths without notifying of their defections and weaknesses. Therefore, I want –through this study- to gather hadiths narrated about entering the water closet, then show the correct from the weak, and extract morals from it. Finally, I finished this study with a conclusion saying that the correct from these hadiths is the hadith narrated by AbdulAziz bin Sohayeb on the authority of Anas bin Malik, which was transmitted by the two scholars (al-Bukhary and Muslim). Concerning the hadiths that necessitate mentioning the basmallah with the supplication of entering the water closet are entirely weak or defected. Correctly, when man enters the water closet, he should mention the basmallah with the du'aa of entering the water closet secretly or recite it before entering it; because this hadith has an authoritative authority transmitted by al-Bukhary who narrated it from Ibn Abbas (Allah bless the two).
