المستخلص: هذا البحث: عبارة عن دراسة مختصرة عن الإمام العلامة ابن التين -رحمه الله تعالى- والهدف من هذه الدراسة، التعريف به، ومكانته العلمية، وأقوال العلماء فيه، ومؤلفاته، وقمت فيه بالتعريف بكتابه: "المخبر الفصيح لفوائد مسند البخاري الصحيح" وكذا التعريف بمنهجه -رحمه الله تعالى- في الجانب اللغوي فكان -رحمه الله- له اهتمام ظاهر بالجانب اللغوي، من ناحية ضبط المفردات، وشرح الغريب، وضبط المفردات الغريبة في الحديث، مبيناً ما تحتمله اللفظة من أوجه في اللغة العربية، وبينت منهجه في الصناعة الحديثية، فنجده أحياناً يورد سند الحديث كاملاً كما جاء في "الصحيح" وأحياناً يورد الحديث عن الراوي الأعلى فقط -وهو الغالب- وتعرض ابن التين لبيان علل الحديث، وكان يروي -رحمه الله- الحديث بالمعنى، ثم بينت منهجه في الجانب الفقهي، فالمتأمل لكتاب ابن التين -رحمه الله- يجد له حساً فقيهاً عميقاً في بيان فقه الحديث، فمرة نجده معقباً، ومرةً معترضاً، ومرة مرجحاً ، ثم ذكرت نموذجاً من كتابه "المخبر الفصيح لفوائد مسند البخاري الصحيح" وقد استخدمت المنهجين الاستردادى والتحليلي ... وكان من نتائج هذا البحث التي توصلت إليها أن بينت مكانة هذا العالم الجليل -رحمه الله تعالى-، وتوفيق الله له لمبادرته في شرح أصح الكتب بعد كتاب الله تعالى وهو: "صحيح البخاري"، فلا شك في أن قيمته العلمية تعظم من عظَم أصله، وصحة منبعه، وقوة أثره، فهو كما نعلم تلقته الأمة بالقبول، وحظي صاحبه بشرف السبق لجمع الأحاديث الصحيحة الثابتة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.، وأن الميزة التي امتاز بها شرح ابن التين كونه محدثاً فقيهاً، حيث جمع في شرحه بين بيان معنى الحديث وأحوال بعض الرواة وبين بيان الأحكام الفقهية الواردة معاً، وقد تبين لي بعد هذه الدراسة عن الإمام العلامة ابن التين -رحمه الله تعالى- أهمية الكتابة في مناهج علمائنا، تعريفا بها ودعوة إلى التأسي بها في التأليف، وبيان منهجهم في الجد والبحث والتقصي والعمق العلمي.

It is a brief study on the imam, the scholar Ibn al-Tin - may allah have mercy on him - the aim of this study is to introduce him, his scientific standing, and the sayings of scholars in it and his works, and I have defined him in his book: "The Informative Laboratory of the Benefits of Musnad Al-Bukhari Al-Sahih" as well as the definition of a method Ibn Al-Teen - may allah Almighty have mercy on him – and explaining his method on the linguistic side, so - may allah have mercy on him - had a visible interest in the linguistic aspect, in terms of controlling vocabulary, explaining the stranger, and controlling strange vocabulary in the hadith, indicating what the word tolerates in terms of the Arabic language, and showed his method in Modern industry, so we find it sometimes gives the entire hadith What came in “Al-Saheeh”, and sometimes it is mentioned only about the supreme narrator – which is predominant - and Ibn al-Teen was exposed to a statement of the reasoning of the dominant hadith, and he narrated - may allah have mercy on him - the meaning in the sense, then he explained his method in the juristic aspect, so the contemplative of Ibn al-Tin’s book – may allah have mercy on him - finds He has a deep jurisprudent sense in explaining the jurisprudence of the hadith, once we find him punished, and once an objector, and once more likely, then I mentioned a model from his book “The Informative Informer of the Benefits of Musnad Al- Bukhari Al-Sahih” and I used the two methods of retrieval and analysis... And one of the results of this research that I reached showed that The position of this great scientist - may allah Almighty have mercy on him - and may allah grant him success in his initiative Explanation of the most authentic books after the Book of allah Almighty which is: “Sahih Al-Bukhari”, there is no doubt that its scientific value is greater than the greatness of its origin, the correctness of its source, and the strength of its impact. For as we know, the nation received acceptance, and its owner had the honor of a head start to collect the correct valid hadiths from the Prophet, may allah bless him Upon him. And that the advantage with which the explanation of Ibn Al-Teen was distinguished was that he was a jurist, as he explained in his explanation the statement of the meaning of the hadith and the conditions of some narrators and the statement of the jurisprudential rulings mentioned together. After this study on Imam the scholar Ibn al-Teen - may God Almighty have mercy on him - it was clear to me the importance of writing in curricula Our scholars, by introducing them and inviting them to use them in authorship, and explaining their method of seriousness, research, investigation, and scientific depth.
