المستخلص: يمثل هذا البحث حلا لمشكلة خطيرة في حياة الناس، وهي تعريض حياة الناس وصحتهم للخطر بعد انتشار الغش والتدليس في تصنيع الأغذية، وصون بطون الناس عن أكل الحرام، ورد الناس إلى شرع الله تعالي، وضبط الغذاء بضوابط الشرع الحكيم التي تحافظ على النفوس من الهلاك، وتصون صحة الإنسان من الأمراض الفتاكة. وبيان بعض أحكامه الفقهية، وبيان أهمية، وضرورة وجود التصنيع الغذائي في بلاد الإسلام؛ لأن من لا يملك قوته لا يملك عزته وكرامته، ولا شك أن الغذاء أحد العناصر الضرورية لبقاء حياة الإنسان كضرورة وجود الماء والهواء. ويتكون البحث من مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة مشتملة نتائج، وتوصيات، وتناول الباحث في المبحث الأول التعريف بمفردات البحث والتأصيل له، وقسمه إلى مطالب وضح من خلالها مفهوم التصنيع الغذائي، وحكمه، وأهميته، ومفهوم الأطعمة وحكمها. وتناول في المبحث الثاني ضوابط التصنيع الغذائي الخاصة والعامة، وقسمه إلى مطالب، وضح من خلالها، مفهوم الضوابط، وذكر من خلاله الضوابط الخاصة وهي سبعة ضوابط هامة. وتناول في المبحث الثالث بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بالتصنيع الغذائي، وقسمه إلى مطالب، وضح من خلالها حكم وضوابط اللحوم المستودة، وحكم إصلاح البهارات بإضافة بعض المواد المخدرة وغير ذلك. وانتهى الباحث إلى نتائج هامة، وقيمة لخص فيها أهم ما توصل إليه في بحثه وأعقبها بتوصيات وجهها للجهات المعنية بضرورة الرجوع إلى الشرع الحكيم في ضوابط عمليات تصنيع الغذاء.

This research represents a solution to serious problem in people's life it is endangering people's life fraud and health after the spread, of fraud and in food industry and protecting the stomachs of people from eating forbidden, people responded to the law of God Almighty, controlling food according to the rules of Islamic law that, protect souls from destruction, protect human health from deadly diseases, a statement of some of its jurisprudence, explain the importance, necessity of food production in the countries of Islam Because the one who does not have his pride and dignity, there is no doubt that food is one of the necessary elements for the survival of human life, such as the necessity of water and air. The research consists of an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion, including findings and recommendations, the researcher discussed the first topic Introduce research vocabulary and details and divided it into demands He explained the concept of food processing, its wisdom and importance, the concept of food and its rule. And explained in the second topic private and public food manufacturing controls and divided it into demands, explain the concept of controls, special are mentioned they are seven important controls. And explained in the third topic some provisions related to food processing, divided it into demands, explain the ruling on imported meat and the ruling on repairing spices add some narcotic substances. And the researcher reached important results, summarized the most important findings in his research and follow her with recommendations direct it to the concerned authorities the need to refer to the wise sharia in food manufacturing controls.
