|a إن دراسة علوم السنة أهمية عظيمة في التشريع الإسلامي، سواء من حيث ثبوت حجيتها، أو من حيث قوة الأدلة التي تثبت منزلتها ومرتبتها في التشريع الإسلامي، وسواء من حيث بيانها وتفسيرها للقرآن الكريم، أو من حيث مكانتها في وجوب العمل بها في كل شئون الحياة، قام أعداء الإسلام بالتشكيك فيها وفي حجيتها، وزعزعة الثقة بها، وآثاروا الشبهات المختلفة حولها، ومن تلك الشبهات: شبهات المستشرقين وأذنابهم حول الإسناد الذي قمع الله به كل من سولت له نفسه انتقاص الدين، والتزيد عليه، والتقول فيه، فالسند كان ولا يزال أهم الوسائل التي حفظ الله بها الحديث وصانه من الوضع والكذب والافتراء، كما أنه المعيار الأول الذي تقيم به الروايات، وتوزن به الأخبار، لمعرفة صحيحها من سقيمها، وقوتها من ضعيفها، لذا رأيت أن يكون بحثي بعنوان (المستشرقون وموقفهم من الإسناد)
