|a يستهدف هذا البحث الوقوف على واقع النزعة الاستعلائية في الفكر الغربي، حيث إن مشكلة البحث تكمن في رفض الغرب قبول الآخر واعتباره يمثل مستوى أدنى من الغربي في سلم الحضارة الإنسانية، في حين كان السؤال الأكثر إلحاحا والذي يتطلب الإجابة عليه لتذليل مشكلة الدراسة، هو لماذا هذا الرفض وما آثاره؟، ولكي تتم الإجابة على ذلك، لا بد من منهج علمي يتناول جوانب تلك المشكلة للوصول إلى تذليلها، وقد استخدمنا لذلك المنهج التاريخي والوصفي والمقارن وهي مناهج مستخدمة في أساليب البحث العلمي. \ \ لقد أوصلتنا الدراسة إلى إجابات للأسئلة المطروحة، وعدة استنتاجات أهمها: إن النزعة الاستعلائية متأصلة في الفكر الغربي، وتنزع إلى رفض الآخر، ورفض أية حضارة منافسة لحضارته، وإن منابع تلك النزعة في الفكر الغربي لم تجف بعد، وهناك أسباب عدة تؤجج وهج النزعة كلما خبت، كما أن هناك عدة تحديات أفرزها الفكر الغربي لحضارتنا العربية الإسلامية وثقافتنا المستمدة من الكتاب والسنة، منها: تحديات سياسية تسعى إلى تفكيك النظام الإقليمي العربي والذهاب به عن الساحة العالمية، كما أن هناك تحديات قومية رامية إلى تمزيق الهوية العربية، وأخرى اجتماعية ترمي إلى تفتيت المجتمعات العربية، وإن الغرب يتلون في معاملته مع الآخر وفق مقتضيات تفرضها طبيعة المرحلة، وما هو مستخلص من التجارب التي عايشها الغرب مع العالم العربي. \ أضف إلى ذلك أن هناك عدة توصيات استوجبتها الاستنتاجات تلك، أهمها ضرورة صياغة قواعد فكرية عربية وإسلامية مستوحاة من العقيدة الإسلامية لمواجهة تلك التحديات، وتصحيح الذات العربية والإسلامية لأن من يستخدم الصورة المشوهة يستند أيضا إلى تشويهات قائمة في الأصل نفسه ويحتج بها. \
|b This research aims at focusing on the nature of the western intellect superiority trends. The problem of this research lies in the westerns refusal of others who are considered to them in the matter of human civilization. The most urgent questions which require scientific answers to surmount the problem of the study are “Why is this refusal?. And what are the effects?” To answer the questions; there must be a scientific approach which deals with its issues. We have used the historic, the descriptive and comparative approaches in an empirical manner to solve the faced conflicts. \ The study has given access to the answers of the questions raised, and we have reached a number of results: Superiority trend is deeply- rooted in the western intellect and it leans towards the refusal of others; and the refusal of any civilization competitive to its civilization. The springs of that western intellect trend are still not dried up and there are a number of reasons which stir the flames of the trend as soon as it hides. There are a number of challenges which are secreted by the western intellect our Islamic Arab against civilization and our culture which are derived from the Qura'n and Sunna, such as, the political challenges endeavor to disunite the Arab regional system and to abandon its attendance in the international forum. Besides, there are national challenges that aim at shredding the Arab identity and other social challenges to disunite Arab societies. The westerns claim that their dealing with Arabs is according to the requirements imposed by the nature of the phase and throughout the essence of their experience with the Arab World. \ In addition, there are a number of recommendations drawn from those conclusions, such as, the necessity for composing Arab and Islamic intellectual rules stemming from the Islamic belief to encounter those challenges, and to polish the Arab-Islamic identity because he who uses the corrupted picture depends also on distortions available in the origin itself. \
