In his book “Al-Sunan”, Imam Abu Dawood Al-Sijistani has paid a great deal of attention to track many Hadiths and apart of this attention was mentioning the Hadiths that characterized by Singularity of country people over others. The main objective of this research is to collect these Hadiths that fall under the abovementioned category, Takhrij (tracking the Hadith), then studying Abu Dawood’s judgement on it. Abu Dawood’s attention indicates his deep rootedness in Hadith science; as most of the Hadiths in current study support Abu Dawood’s judgement on the singularity of these Hadiths, and in some other cases it was clear enough that the right judgements are other than those stated by Abu Dawood which indicate the fault of the followers to transfer Abu Dawood’s judgement. The number of Hadiths was thirteen; singularity of Basra people with six Hadiths, singularity of Egypt people with three Hadiths, singularity of Medina people with two Hadiths, singularity of the Levant people with one Hadith, and the people of Al-Yamama with one Hadith, in addition the other benefits that can be found within the introduction and conclusion of the research.
