|a عنوان البحث: آثار تنفيذ حد الحرابة على الجانب الأمني والاقتصادي والاجتماعي. يعتني هذا البحث بدراسة الآثار الأمنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية الناتجة على تنفيذ حد الحرابة. وتتمثل أهداف البحث في: التعرف على الحرابة، وبيان الآثار المباركة المترتبة على حدها الشرعي، وبيان أن الهدف من إقامة العقوبة في الشريعة الإسلامية هو في المقام الأول الإصلاح والتقويم وليس الانتقام. وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: تعريف مذهب المالكية للحرابة هو التعريف الأدق والأقرب للواقع المعاصر، حد الحرابة متنوع بين القتل والصلب والقطع والنفي ويختلف بحسب الحالة، لحد الحرابة آثار أمنية من أهمها: انتشار سمعة الأمن وقوته، وانتظام أحوال المسلمين الأمنية وصلاح أمورهم، واختفاء نسب الجريمة وانزجار المجرمين. لحد الحرابة آثار اقتصادية مهمة ومنها: تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي العام، والمساهمة في النماء الاقتصادي، والحفاظ على رأس المال من الهجرة، والتخفيف عن إثقال ميزانية الدولة. لحد الحرابة آثار اجتماعية من أهمها: استقرار حالة الاجتماع، وإقامة العدل بين الناس، ونشر المحبة والتلاحم بين الحاكم والمحكوم. ومن أهم التوصيات: وضع الجرائم المعاصرة التي تعد حرابة ضمن المقررات الدراسية لطلاب الشريعة والقانون، كما أوصى القضاء بسرعة وعلانية تنفيذ العقوبة لتكون عبرة لمن يعتبر.

|b The study aims to present the economic, security and social effects on applying the punishment of banditry crime. The study objectives are represented in clarifying the legal consequences of applying these punishments which primary aims to reform and straighten the humanity, not to revenge from them. The methodology that adopted by the researcher are based on descriptive analytical approach. The main consequences of the study: 1- Defining the Malikiah religious school of the punishments of banditry crime which is the closest right and the most accurate to the present-day realties. 2- The punishment of banditry crime varies between killing, crucifixion or deportation based on the economic, security and social consequences resulted from this crime. The security effects: 1- Good fame of the security system and discipline the Muslim's life. 2- Reducing the rate of crimes and curb criminals. The economic effects: 1- Participate in the economic growth and maintain the capitals from departing the country. 2- Reducing the country's budget burden. The social effects: 1- Achieve social stability and establishing justice on the society. 2- Spread peace and love among the member of the society and oneness between the governor and the people. The most important recommendations: 1- Include the modern crime which is considered as part of banditry within the studying courses of Sharia and laws. 2- Rapid and publicity of implementations of the punishment of banditry crimes so as to be an example for those who are not considered.
