|a في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية والتطورات المجتمعية أصبح عمل المرأة حقيقة واقعية وضرورة اجتماعية، ويعتبر البعض أن السبب الرئيسي لخروج المرأة العربية للعمل هو زيادة دخل الأسرة وتحقيق الاستقلال المادي وتأمين المستقبل. ولم يقتصر تمكين المرأة السعودية على التعليم فقط، بل امتد إلى المجال المهني، حيث أصبحت متعلمة الأمس معلمة وطبيبة ومحامية وصحفية ومذيعة اليوم، كما تمكنت من العمل في بعض القطاعات، وأصبحت صاحبة أعمال بعد أن أثبتت قدرتها على تحدي كل الصعاب. يهدف البحث إلى: 1- أن تصبح المرأة فعالة رئيسية في تحقيق التنمية. 2- رفع مستوى وعي المرأة نفسيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا لتتمكن من وقاية نفسها. 3- محاورة ونقاش جميع المسئوليات بكل ثقة مع سرد مقترحات قيمة للموضوع. 4- مساعدة المرأة على صقل خبراتها وتطوير قدراتها اللازمة لاستقرارها ورفع إنتاجيتها. 5- مقاسمة المرأة للرجل في الحصول على العمل وإبراز مكانتها في المجتمع. وتوصل البحث إلى: 1- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في تمكين المرأة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في الاستقرار الأسري تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 3- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين استبيان تمكين المرأة واستبيان الاستقرار الأسري. 4- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين استبيان تمكين المرأة واستبيان الاستقرار الأسري ومتغيرات الدراسة. 5- اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على تمكين المرأة. 6- اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على الاستقرار الأسري. وأوصى البحث بـ: 1- ضرورة اهتمام الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية بتمكين المرأة للمشاركة في صنع القرارات المختلفة والمشاركة المجتمعة، وقياس التباينات في أوجه التمكين المختلفة والعوامل المؤثرة في كل منها بهدف تحقيق فهم أكبر لطبيعة العلاقات ومحددات السلوكيات، واستقصاء المعوقات التي تحول دون تمكين المرأة داخل الأسرة والمجتمع. 2- تكثيف الدورات والندوات لدراسة مستويات التمكين المختلفة على مستوى الأسرة والمجتمع وقياس تبايناتها المختلفة. 3- التوسع في البرامج الإعلامية التي توضح أهمية تعزيز مشاركة وتمكين المرأة لتنمية وتطوير المجتمع. 4- الاستفادة من وسائل الإعلام المختلفة لما لها من تأثير قوي لإيجاد الحلول التي تعيق المرأة السعودية وتحول دون تمكينها ومساهمتها في تحقيق الرؤية.

|b In light of economic conditions and societal developments, women’s work has become a reality and a social necessity, and some consider that the main reason for the exit of Arab women to work is to increase family income and achieve financial independence and secure the future. The empowerment of Saudi women was not limited to education, but extended to the professional field, where yesterday’s educated became a teacher, doctor, lawyer, journalist and broadcaster today, and managed to work in some sectors. The research aims to: 1. That women become key actors in development. 2 - Raise the level of awareness of women psychologically, socially and economically to be able to protect themselves. 3. Discuss and discuss all responsibilities with confidence and list valuable proposals for the subject. 4. Helping women refine their expertise and develop the necessary capacities for their stability and raise their productivity. 5 - Sharing women to men in access to work and highlight their position in society. The research concluded: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the empowerment of women according to the study variables. 2 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the family stability according to the variables of the study. 3. There is a correlation between the questionnaire of women’s empowerment and the questionnaire of family stability. 4 - There is a correlation between the questionnaire of women’s empowerment and the questionnaire of family stability and variables of the study. 5 - Different participation rate factors affecting women’s empowerment. 6 - the participation of different factors affecting the stability of the family. I recommend searching by: 1 .Understanding the importance of universities and educational institutions to empower women to participate in different decision-making and community participation, and to measure disparities in different aspects of empowerment and the factors affecting them in order to achieve a greater understanding of the nature of relationships and determinants of behavior, and to investigate the obstacles that hinder the empowerment of women within the family and society. 2. Intensify courses and seminars to study different levels of empowerment at the family and community levels and measure their different inequalities. 3- Expanding the information programs that illustrate the importance of enhancing women’s participation and empowerment for the development of society. 4 - Taking advantage of the various media because of its strong influence to find solutions that hinder Saudi women and prevent them from empowering and contribute to the realization of the vision
