520 |b The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of supply chain management practices on the Jordanian construction projects performance. A questionnaire survey was the main method of data collection for this study. 120 questionnaires were distributed to first and second grade contractors; 106 completed questionnaires were received. The data was analyzed by SPSS software; descriptive analysis and regression model were presented. The results revealed that the supply chain management practices have a positive impact on construction project performance. However, its impact on cost and time is variable more than customer satisfaction. In addition, the result showed that the most practices affecting the construction project are enhancing the trust and reliability between all parties followed by developing the flow of materials, manpower, information and cash flow in the project. The study recommends the general contractors to enhance their relations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers that will be positively reflected on the decision making process. Also, the general contractors are advised to develop the materials, labor, equipments and information flow in order to reduce delay and cost, and ensure customer satisfaction.
