|a يتناول هذا البحث -الدولة بين التعصب القبلي والانتماء الوطني- اللذان يعدان من أهم القضايا الداخلية في المجتمعات وبخاصة النامية منها، ولهما تأثير قوي على ترابط الدولة وانحلالها، لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى عرض وتحليل جملة من القضايا المتعلقة بالعلاقة بين التعصب القبلي والانتماء الوطني، وتأثير ذلك على بناء الدولة الحديثة والحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية في المجتمع وقد شمل البحث عدة نقاط تناولها بالدراسة والتحليل هي: الدولة – القبيلة – التعصب القبلي – الانتماء الوطني\nوتأتي الخاتمة لتؤكد على أن التعصب القبلي يقضي على الانتماء الوطني بل يهدم الدولة ويؤدي إلى سيادة سلطة القبيلة والسيطرة على مؤسسات الدولة من منطلقات قبلية أو جهوية، وخرج البحث بتوصية مفادها ضرورة إبعاد القبيلة عن السياسة والقضايا العامة في الدولة ليقتصر دورها على الجانب الاجتماعي فقط.\n

|f This research deals with the title of "the state between tribal intolerance and national affiliation," which are considered the most important internal issues in societies, especially developing ones. They have a strong impact on the interdependence and dissolution of the state. Therefore, the study aimed to present and analyze a range of issues related to the relationship between tribal intolerance and national affiliation, and its impact on the building of the modern state and social and political life in society. The research included several points addressed in the study and analysis: state, tribe, tribal intolerance, national affiliation.\nThe conclusion comes to emphasize that tribal intolerance eliminates national affiliation and even destroys the state and leads to the sovereignty of the tribe and control over the state institutions from tribal or regional points of origin. The research came out with a recommendation that the tribe should be removed from politics and public issues in the state so that its role is limited to the social side only.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
