|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقويم الإمكانات المادية والبشرية الموجودة بالمديريات الشباب والرياضة ومدى كفايتها لتحقيق أهداف المشروع القومي للواعدين بمحافظة الدقهلية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي وذلك لملاءمته مع طبيعة إجراءات البحث، قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من المدربين والإداريين بالمشروع القومي للواعدين بمحافظة الدقهلية في الفترة من 2013 م إلى 2017م، حيث بلغ عدد العينة (120) فرداً، وكانت أهم النتائج أن مدربي المشروع القومي للواعدين بالدقهلية غير مؤهلين على مستوى عالي، أن عدد المدربين والمشرفين الإداريين لا يتناسب مع عدد المشاركين داخل المشروع.

|b This research aims is to evaluate the material and human available facilities in the youth and sports dinectorates and their adequacy to achieve the objectives of the national project for the promising in Dakahlia governorate, The researcher used the descriptive survey the survey method to suit the nature of the research procedures, The researcher selected the research sample in a purposive method from the trainers and administrators of the national project for the promising in Dakahlia governorate in the period from 2013 to 2017, (n =120) individuals, Most important results were that the trainers of the national project for those promising ones in Dakahlia are not qualified on a high level, number of trainers and supervisors does not match the number of participants within the project.
