|a في الآونة الأخيرة حدث تحولا كبيرا في نظام التعليم العالي والجامعي، وتسعى الجامعة للأخذ بثقافة التدويل والتحولات الإقليمية إلى العالمية، مما تطلب تغيرا جذريا في فلسفتها وتوجهاتها واستراتيجياتها، وأصبحت الجامعات التي لم تنتهج منهجا عالميا أقل في مركزها التنافسي عن الجامعات ذات الطابع العالمي ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لدور تدويل التعليم العالي في تعزيز فلسفة تكوين وإعداد معلمة رياض الأطفال في ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل واقع تكوين معلمة الروضة ودور تدويل التعليم في تطوره، الأمر الذي قد يسهم في جذب ثقة الأطراف المعنية بجودة مخرجات كليات رياض الأطفال، وقدرتها على الاستجابة لتحديات القرن الواحد والعشرين والمتغيرات العالمية ولتحقيق ذلك سعى البحث إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي لفلسفة تكوين معلمة رياض الأطفال وتدويل التعليم العالي وخبرات بعض الدول والاستفادة منها في وضع تصور مقترح يسهم في دعم الجهود لمواكبة مهنة تربية الطفل لكل التغيرات العالمية.

|b Recently, a major transformation has taken place in the system of higher and university education, and the university seeks to introduce a culture of internationalization and regional changes to globalization, which required a fundamental change in its philosophy, directions, and strategies, and universities that have not followed a global approach have become less in their competitive position than universities of a global nature and aims at the current research To develop a proposed vision for the role of internationalization of higher education in enhancing the philosophy of training and preparation of a kindergarten teacher in the light of some international experiences. The research relied on a descriptive approach to describe and analyze the reality of the formation of a kindergarten teacher and the role of internationalization of education in its development, which is It may contribute to attracting the confidence of the parties concerned in the quality of the kindergarten colleges ’outputs and their ability to respond to the challenges of the twenty- first century and global changes. To achieve this, the research sought to identify the conceptual framework of the philosophy of forming a kindergarten teacher and the internationalization of higher education and the experiences of some countries and benefit from them in developing a proposed concept that contributes to in supporting efforts to keep up with the child-raising profession of all global changes.
