المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج إرشادي لوجو دراما لخفض الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات الروضة الدامجة للأطفال ضعاف السمع بمحافظة مطروح، واستمرارية تلك الفعالية أثناء فترة المتابعة، بالإضافة إلى بيان الفرق في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي طبقاً لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة (أقل من الخمس سنوات، أكثر من الخمس سنوات)، وخبرة التدريب (مدرب، غير مدرب)، وانقسم المشاركات بالدراسة إلى: المشاركات بالدراسة الاستطلاعية، بلغن 64 معلمة روضة دامجة؛ للتحقق من كفاءة أداة الدراسة، وبلغ قوام المشاركات بالدراسة الأساسية 82 معلمة من معلمات الروضات الدامجة، أخير منهن المشاركات بالدراسة الإرشادية واللاتي بلغ قوامهن 6 معلمات بناءً على ارتفاع درجاتهن عن درجة القطع، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لمعلمات الروضة الدامجة للأطفال ضعاف السمع، والبرنامج الإرشاد بالمسرحيات النفسية بالمعني Logo Drama لخفض الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات الروضة الدامجة للأطفال ضعاف السمع بمحافظة مطروح، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق بين سنوات الخبرة وخبرات التدريب لمعلمات الروضات الدامجة للأطفال ضعاف السمع بمحافظة مطروح في الاحتراق النفسي، وفعالية البرنامج الإرشادي للمسرحيات النفسية بالمعنى Logo Drama لخفض الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات الروضة الدامجة للأطفال ضعاف السمع بمحافظة مطروح، واستمرارية تلك الفعالية أثناء فترة المتابعة، وقد فسرت الباحثة نتائج الدراسة في ضوء معطيات الدراسة استناداً إلى الإطار النظري والدراسات ذات الصلة، وبناء على ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة عدداً من التوصيات.

The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a counseling program for the presence of Logo Drama to reduce psychological Burnout among teachers of inclusive kindergarten hearing impaired children in Matrouh Governorate and the continuity of that effectiveness during the follow- up period in addition to showing the difference in the level of psychological burning according to the variables of years of experience(Less than five years, more than five years), training experience (coach, non- coach). The participants of the study were divided into: Participants in the exploratory study, 64 teachers in inclusive kindergartens to check the effectiveness of the instruments of the study. Participants in the basic study consisted of 82 inclusive kindergarten teachers of the 6 teachers participating in the therapeutic study were selected based on their higher grade than the cut grade. The study instruments included the psychological burnout scale for the teachers of inclusive kindergarten for the hearing-impaired children, and the therapeutic program of psychodramas in the sense of Logo Drama to reduce the burnout among the teachers of inclusive kindergartens for the hearing-impaired children in Matrouh Governorate. The results of the study showed that there are no differences between the years of experience and training experiences for teachers of inclusive kindergartens in the Governorate of Matrouh in the psychological burnout, and the effectiveness of the therapeutic program for psychodramas in the sense of Logo Drama to reduce psychological burnout among teachers of inclusive kindergartens for the hearing impaired children in Matrouh and the continuity of that effectiveness during the follow- up period. The researcher interpreted the results of the study in the light of the data of the study based on the theoretical framework and related studies, and based on the results of the study the researcher made a number of recommendations.
