|a لقد أكد العلماء أن علم الصرف أم اللغات والنحو أبوها كونه علم يهتم بالبحث عن أحكام بنية الكلمات وما لحروفها من أصالة وزيادة وصحة وإعلال وغير ذلك وأقروا بدراسته لتعلم اللغة العربية التي تفهم من القرآن الكريم، وقد حاول العلماء تيسيره واعتمدوا منهجية وطريقة ميسرة بها يفهم المبتدئ هذه المادة الصرفية وترسخ في ذهنه وهذا ما نجده عند الطيب المهاجي في مؤلفه الصرفي مبادئ الصرف الذي بسط ويسر فيه القواعد الصرفية وجعلها في متناول المبتدئ فمن هو العلامة الجزائري الطيب المهاجي، وما منهجه في مؤلفه مبادئ الصرف؟ هل فعلا يسر هذه القواعد الصرفية وما هدفه من ذلك؟.
