المستخلص: The aim of this study was to determine the patients' satisfaction with the health services at the outpatient clinics of the Armed Forces Hospital in Khamis Mushait city. The study aims at achieving the following objectives: To identify the social and demographic characteristics of the sample of the study, and to identify the direction of the sample members towards the level of services provided by the outpatient clinics at the Armed Forces Hospital in Khamis Mushait, and to identify the problems and obstacles that limit the efficiency of the services provided by outpatient clinics , And to identify the differences in the attitudes of the reviewers according to the demographic variables of the study sample. The most important findings of the study, according to the study questions, as follows: The largest proportion of male patients is (81.3%), while (18.7%) of the study population is female. And that the majority of study members are unmarried, by 87.5%, while there are (1.5%) of the study members of the widows. (40.1%) of the students visited the outpatient clinics more than five visits, while 4.5% of the students visited outpatients five times during the year. While the doctor clearly explains the patient's condition with 65.3% approval, the result reflects the average satisfaction of the students with the doctor's clear explanation of the patient's condition. Advanced medical devices are available in outpatient clinics with 64.3% approval. This finding indicates that there is an average satisfaction of the students with the availability of these devices in outpatients in the hospital. And that there is agreement among the members of the study on the obstacles that limit the efficiency of the performance of services provided by outpatients at the Armed Forces Hospital Khamis Mushait with approval rate (74.6%), and that there are significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average trends of the study level Health services provided by the Outpatient Clinics at the Armed Forces Hospital in Khamis Mushait vary according to the type variable, for the benefit of female study members. The previous result indicates that the female members of the study are more satisfied with the level of health services provided by the outpatient clinic of the Armed Forces Hospital.
